well organized, travel time to studios shorter than expected ..likely thanks to good traffic conditions, studios are lovely and worth the trip. Waiting for the bus at departure time in cold an rain wasn't great and people who wanted to get on earlier or later bus than scheduled for them was a bit interfering of an otherwise pleasant tour.

It would have been better if we were accompanied by someone who could have given us preview of what to expect: an idea on what to do or where to go once we arrived. We had to ask around to find out when to line up, inquired about optional audio, had no warning about food restrictions, etc.Also, had to wait for quite sometime for the bus to fetch us.
