  • Airport to Central London Hotels
    • Airport Entry Times:
      Domestic Flights: 15 mins after flight landing time.
      European Flights: 45 mins after flight landing time.
      International Flights: 60 mins after flight landing time.
    • After the requested pick-up time, there will be 30 minutes FREE waiting time at the airport. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, with an 'Airport Pickups' name board with your name on it.

      After your 30 minutes FREE waiting time, the driver will wait for an extra 30 mins with a charge of EUR 5. The driver will leave the terminal after this time.

What type of fleet will be used for the transfer service?
  • The vast majority of the cars are new and prestige models. Your comfort and safety are paramount to us. We want you to start or end your holiday or business trip on a high – that means top-notch cars are used for all our London airport transfers. Also the drivers are fully licensed, highly experienced and polite and courteous at all times.
Is there any additional fees/extras?
  • The price you are given is the final price you will pay. There won't be any nasty surprises upon arrival – you pay the amount you were originally booked exactly.
Where will I meet my driver?
  • When you come out from arrival gates, you will see the driver with the board 'Airport Pickups London', written your name. For Heathrow Airport Transfers, meeting point varies depending on the terminals. Please refer 'Pick-up Time & Location' printed on your voucher.
What if my flights are delayed?
  • We appreciate the anxiety that a delayed flight can cause and rest assured, our driver will be waiting at the Airport to transfer you hotels. You’ll pay no extra for waiting time in case of flight delays.
