The sites were perfect, the tour guide was not.
We really enjoyed all three destinations, and while we would have liked more time, we understand that a day trip just isn't going to provide everything that you want to see.
The biggest problem, however, was that the tour guide spent the entire day talking about soccer. We got very little information about each of the sites, but we did learn the complete history of the England soccer team, the pla<x>yers statistics, and what their chances of winning were. Despite several people complaining about this, and the guide's assurances that he wouldn't bring it up again, we still had to suffer through an endless monologue on English soccer.
When we did get information on the sites, he did seem to know a couple things, although he tended to repeat the same three or four points so often that it was a little pointless. When asking questions, his first response was what we can only assume was meant to be humor, but came across as him being rude. When the humor comes at the expense of your customers, that's just poor.
