Ice skating and Christmas in London

When I saw that the NHM Ice Rink would be open the same time I would be visiting in London, I knew I had to get tickets. After all what can be better than ice skating in London Natural History Museum? It was a fun activity for an evening in the city, we went at 9pm so it was not crowded. Redeeming the tickets was easy. Skating surrounded by Christmas lights and with the backdrop of the impressive NHM was cool. Definitely a memorable experience. I was out of practice (it's been yearsss since I last skated) but I loved it all the same. I think I'll try for a morning or afternoon ticket/ time slot next time just for a different view (and brighter photos for Instagram!) - putting this on my list of things to do for the next London winter trip.
