Just when I thought we were finally on our way, we headed to a different terminal. In the end, we departed an hour after arriving. It was such a waste of time that I decided I would book a private transfer next time. The weather was nice (the forecast said it would be cloudy), so I wanted to see the ocean quickly, but I never expected to lose time like this. It was really the worst.

I used the shuttle service from the hotel zone to the airport. There were two groups in total, including us and another group from a different hotel! They arrived on time to pick us up, and we were able to reach the airport without any issues.

We were scheduled to take a domestic flight in Mexico at 19:00, but the shuttle time was at 14:25, which was quite early. I would have appreciated it if they had considered the domestic flight schedule a bit more when setting the pickup time.

I was anxious about my first trip to Mexico, so I made a reservation. As soon as I exited the airport, there were a lot of taxi and bus company representatives, and I had quite a hard time looking for the staff. In the end, while I was wandering around, someone from another company asked me what was wrong, and when I told them I was looking for the shuttle staff from this company, they guided me. こんなに待つなら、ADOのバスに乗ったほうが遥かに早く着いただろうし、多少高くてもその場でタクシーに乗ったほうがましでした（支払い済みでキャンセルできなかったので泣く泣く待つしかありませんでした）
結局、プラヤデルカルメンから乗る予定だったフェリーにも間に合わず、散々な目に遭いました。
仕事を休んで遥々行った旅行先での1時間は貴重だと思います。
時間に余裕があるかたならいいかもしれませんが（ただ時間あるならADOのバスがお勧めです、運行時間もスケジュールどおりです）、貴重な時間を無駄にしたくない全ての方にお勧めできません。
もし再度行くとして、無料でいいよと言われても、二度と利用したくないです。
