When we left the lobby on time, the driver was already waiting. From there, we went to pick up another couple from a different hotel and headed to the airport. They were a cheerful couple from Mexico living in America. The driver was also cheerful and kind, making for an enjoyable journey.

I used the service from Playa del Carmen to the airport. My flight was at 5:55 AM, so the pickup was at 2:15 AM. The taxi for airport transfer from the hotel did not arrive even after waiting for 10 minutes, and I couldn't get through to the local contact despite calling multiple times. When I called the emergency contact, they replied that they would pick me up in 15 minutes, and the taxi finally arrived at the hotel.

I showed the driver the online ticket that said "Airport 2." However, the driver checked the airline and insisted that it was definitely "Airport 4." He also made a call to confirm the airport location, which made me think that the airport might have changed unexpectedly. Without WiFi, I had no way to verify, so I went to Airport 4, but it turned out to be a mistake. In the end, I had to take the shuttle bus within the airport to get to Airport 2, resulting in about an hour of lost time, including the wait for the bus. I barely made it to my boarding time by running.

They did provide assistance, and I was able to make my flight, which was good, but I think I need to confirm things more thoroughly next time.
