I contacted customer service and requested to cancel for free, as it significantly exceeded the maximum time (at least as stated by VELTRA) of 4 hours before the flight, ignoring the regulations. However, when I inquired via LINE, they simply insisted it was not possible without providing any reason. After persistently following up, I was told to call a specific customer service phone number. However, after trying for about 30 minutes, I couldn't get through and reluctantly had to give up.

Until now, I have traveled to various countries that are not advanced, such as Serbia, Egypt, Morocco, and Southeast Asia, but I have never experienced such terrible service with a reserved transfer. Considering the waiting time for the bus, the cramped space inside the bus, the poor environment, and the ineffectiveness of customer service, I cannot recommend this to anyone. Especially when going from the hotel to the airport, the hotel bellman can call a taxi for you, and in that case, you can confirm the price with the bellman and head to the airport for an appropriate amount. Additionally, when going from the airport to the hotel, once you arrive at the hotel, you can also get help from the bellman, so I recommend simply catching a taxi or using another company.

バスの待ち時間、バスの車内の狭さ、環境の悪さ、カスタマーサービスの役の立たなさ、等を踏まえるに、誰にもお勧めしたくありません。
特に、ホテルから空港に向かう場合は、ホテルのベルマンがタクシーを読んでくれますし、その場合は、ベルマンに値段を確認してもらい、適切な金額で空港に向かうこともできます。

I used this for transportation from the airport to the hotel. When you exit the lobby of Cancun International Airport, you will be overwhelmed by the number of local taxi solicitations and shuttle service pickups.
