I waited in the hotel lobby for about 10 minutes before my reservation time, but no one showed up. After searching for about 20 minutes, I finally found them outside the lobby, but they seemed to have no idea I was waiting and shifted the blame onto me as if I hadn't been there.

It says on their website that you can contact them via LINE, but I received no response after sending a message. I also called the phone number listed for English support, but all I got was an automated message in Spanish, so I couldn't communicate.

I also used their service from the airport to the hotel, and even though I booked a private transfer, I was made to wait outside for about 10 minutes.

I think it's better to choose another company.

ホテルのロビーでの待ち合わせで予約時間の10分くらい前から待っていましたが、時間になっても誰も来ませんでした。20分くらい探しまわってようやくロビーの外に来たのを見つけましたが、向こうが探していた様子は全くなく、あたかもこちらが待っていなかったように責任転嫁されました。
LINEで問い合わせ可能と書いてありますが、メッセージを送っても何ら反応はありませんし、英語対応と書いてある電話の問い合わせ先にかけても、スペイン語の自動音声が流れるだけで通じません。
空港からホテルでも利用しましたが、乗合でなくプライベートで申し込んだにもかかわらず、10分くらい外で待たされました。
他の会社を選んだ方が良いと思います。

During my first visit to Cancun, I flew with All Nippon Airways to Mexico City and then transferred to Aeromexico for the domestic flight to Cancun. Upon arriving in Cancun, I landed at Terminal 4. It seemed that the airport was undergoing renovations, as the instructions and messages sent by Veltora were not available inside the airport. Although I followed the flow and exited the terminal, there was no one from the transportation company dressed as described in Veltora's message. I had no choice but to call the contact number, which later turned out to be a call to the United States, resulting in a phone bill of 3,000 yen while I was communicating with them.

It was later revealed that the transportation company had indeed come to the airport as scheduled. In the end, I incurred a total cost of 10,000 yen for the tour fee and the phone call. In my opinion, this incident could have been avoided if Veltora's information had been properly updated.

後々判明しましたが、送迎を行う会社の方はキチンと空港に来てくれてました。
結局ツアー代金と通話料金で1万円。
僕的にはベルトラさんの情報がキチンとアップデートされていたら発生しなかったハプニングでした。

I used this service to travel from the airport to the hotel. When I headed to the designated pickup area as instructed by the receptionist, I was told to line up with the other people waiting. Since it was peak season, there were many people in line, and I assumed that both charter and shared buses would line up the same way, so I waited. I think I waited for about 20 minutes, but then my name (or reservation number) was called, and I thought a charter bus had arrived, only to be taken to the shared bus instead. I showed my coupon and informed them that I had a charter, but the staff at the pickup area didn’t seem to make any changes, and the bus attendant started loading our luggage onto the shared bus. The bus seemed ready to depart, so I gave up and boarded the shared bus as it was. It did take us to the intended hotel, though.

I was disappointed because I had hoped for the benefits of a charter service. I saw other reviews mentioning that they ended up on a shared bus as well, and I experienced the same issue. Ultimately, it was very frustrating to feel like I had to just accept it, and it put a damper on my mood right at the start of my trip.

The good thing was that since I had made a reservation in advance, I could go straight to the pickup location without worrying about the many people arriving at the airport. If I hadn’t made a reservation and had tried to choose a means of transportation on-site, I think it would have been very difficult to decide whom to trust.

If I had booked as a shared bus, I think the service would have been rated 100 out of 100.

受付係に案内された乗り場に向かうと、乗り場で並んでいる列に並ぶよう言われ、待っていました。ピーク時期だったからなのか、たくさんの人が並んでおり、貸切でも混載でも同じように並ぶものと思い待っていました。20分ほどは待っていたと思いますが、列の途中で、名前(受付番号)を呼ばれたので、貸切バスが到着したのかと思ったら、混載バスの方に連れていかれました。クーポンを見せてcharterだと伝えたのですが、乗り場の受付の方は特に変更してくれる様子もなく、バス担当の方は我々の荷物を混載バスに入れてしまっているので、バスが出発しそうな勢いでしたので、もう諦めてそのまま混載バスに乗り込みました。目的のホテルにはちゃんと到着してはくれました。
貸切のメリットを期待して申し込んだのに、ガッカリでした。他の方の口コミでも混載になったこと書かれていましたが、同じ目にあいました。
結局泣き寝入りになってしまうのが、とても悔しく、旅の初っ端から、気持ちがブルーになりました。
良かったことは、事前に予約してることで、空港で寄ってくるたくさんの人達を気にせず、受付場所まで直行できることです。もし予約しておらず、現地で移動手段を選択しようとしていたら、どの人に信頼して任せたら良いか判断できず、とても大変だったと思います。
混載バスとして申し込んでいたなら、100点の対応だったと思います。

Eventually, I was given the puzzling suggestion that "you will have to wait here for another 20 minutes for the private transfer, but if you take this shared ride now, you will arrive in 15 minutes."

Since I arrived at the airport after 10 PM, I didn't get to the hotel and to bed until after midnight. I had booked a whirlwind tour for the next day, so I ended up with just over 4 hours of sleep. What was the point of the reservation!
