This is definitely a tour you should participate in. In Japan, you can kiss dolphins at the aquarium, but here you can float up with a foot push and hold onto the dolphin's dorsal fin while being pulled along. The photos are a bit pricey, but it's worth purchasing them for the good memories.

● Unlimited food and drinks for lunch.
● The facilities are clean.

● There were taxis parked next to the facility, making it easy to get to Playa Norte in about 20-25 minutes for $10.
● There were families and elderly people, creating a friendly atmosphere.

Negative points:
● In the morning, I thought there would be an English guide, but no one was there.
● The meeting time was 8:30 AM, and the boat departed at 9:00 AM. I checked in at 8:20 AM, but they said they couldn't find my reservation, and I couldn't board the boat until 9:05 AM. It was very stressful and frustrating.
● Since boarding was delayed, the bread on the boat was gone, and there were only two types left.
● The guidance within the facility was poor and hard to understand; there was no explanation at all.
● There are lockers, but no changing rooms.
● I wasn't able to borrow towels either.
● I thought it was just a dolphin experience, but the seals and manatees took an hour and a half, while the dolphins took an hour. That’s a total of two and a half hours in the water, which was too long and cold. I only wore a rash guard on top. It was mid-February. Of course, the animals are incredibly cute, but I would have preferred just the dolphins.
● I paid $70 for the photos, but I only received the dolphin data. Additional fees were required for the seals and manatees, which was very expensive.
● I thought I could only do the dolphin foot push with the Royal Swim, but the time spent with the manatees and seals was too long, making it hard to get to the dolphins, which was really tough. It started at 10:45 AM and ended at 1:20 PM, and I was in the water the whole time.
● I had planned to take a quick 15-minute look at Playa Norte, but the experience took too long, and I missed the 3:30 PM boat. I thought I would take the 5 PM boat, but it turned out to be the 5:30 PM boat.

その他:●英語がわからなくても、他の人がやっている動作で、なんとかわかる。でも、説明が長くて何言ってるかわからないので、寒いし長く感じた。
●動物達は最高にかわいいし、船からの眺めは海きれいですばらしかった。ありがとうございました。

My family of four participated, but we were told the photo cost was $200, so we didn't buy any, which is a shame because we don't have any pictures with the dolphins. It would have been nice if they sold them for about $20 each.

Because I made a reservation for 9 AM on January 1st, when I arrived at the meeting point (at 8:30), no one showed up even when it was time for our appointment. When I asked someone at the dock, they told me that the boat wouldn't leave until 11 AM, which was shocking! I waited for over two hours and checked in by myself. In the end, the guide never showed up, and of course, there was no communication.

However, even though the guide didn't come and I waited over two hours for the boat, the dolphin swim was amazing‼️ I opted for the course that included touching manatees and seals with photos, and it was truly worth it. I hope this course is available on Veltra as well. I've done dolphin swims in various places, but this one was the best!

I couldn't participate in the Japanese tour because I was alone.

Even though my three-year-old son can't swim, the instructor coordinated everything so that they only did handshakes and kisses. They seemed familiar with Japanese culture, as they spoke a bit of Japanese and said things like "camera" in a friendly manner.

As for the photos, others have mentioned that they are quite expensive. However, since it's a rare opportunity to play with dolphins, I went ahead and signed up. You get printed photos for the number of participants, and the rest can be viewed or downloaded through an app. After playing with the dolphins, the kids were also able to enjoy a small pool, so they left satisfied!

Since we were in the first group of the day, we spent a lot of time in the water with the dolphins, and the kids said they were cold and wanted to get out quickly. It was a bit of a challenge to have them hold on for just a little longer.

There are other places where you can play with dolphins, but I don't think there's anywhere else where you can swim with them and have such close interactions. The photos are quite expensive, but considering it's a once-in-a-lifetime memory, I think it's worth it (I purchased the CD). If you go to Cancun, definitely give it a try!

First, I was amazed by the beauty of the sea at Isla Mujeres. I chose a plan to swim with two dolphins, and it was truly fun. However, as expected, since the area is enclosed, it felt more like an experience in an aquarium rather than being in the open sea. Still, it was a dream of mine to swim with dolphins in such a beautiful sea, so I was very happy. I took many photos with a DSLR camera and purchased a DVD with the data on the way back. The price is high, but since you can't bring your own camera, I think it's a good way to preserve the memories. I believe most families and couples purchased the DVD as well. In early February, the sea was a bit cold, but you get used to it quickly once you're in. The time of just under an hour was just right.

I wanted to go to Isla Mujeres and participate in the dolphin activities, so I made a reservation. However, the originally scheduled date was canceled due to a hurricane, and the boats were not operating. Fortunately, I received a notification in advance and was able to change my date and participate. I was initially disappointed by the cancellation, but I felt reassured by their quick response. I was lucky to be able to participate on the very last day of my stay in Cancun!

The dolphins were, of course, adorable, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring Isla Mujeres. Although the dolphin trainer was not a Japanese-speaking guide, I was happy that they made an effort to speak Japanese. Thank you very much!

It was amazing to touch and swim with dolphins for the first time in my life. There was a group of about ten people, and we took turns interacting with the dolphins. Although there was quite a bit of waiting time, just watching the dolphins made me feel happy. I was the only Japanese person there, but everyone was friendly and engaged with me, making it a fun experience.

The dolphins were incredibly cute and smart! Not only could we touch and shake hands with them, but being able to hold onto two dolphins and swim together was the best feeling. The Royal Swim also had a spacious restaurant, and the buffet-style lunch was very delicious. Since wine and cocktails were included, I was able to relax comfortably even as a bit of a drinker while waiting for the dolphins.

I participated in a dolphin tour on Isla Mujeres. Since it was a plan with transportation included, they picked me up at the hotel and took me to the port by taxi. During the ride, I received an explanation of the tour and information about the island itself.

It seems there is a usage fee at the port, which costs $6 per person in addition to the tour price.

The weather was bad that day, and the boat rocked more than I expected, so I recommend those who are prone to seasickness to prepare for it. Also, there were drinks and unlimited bread available on the boat, so having breakfast on board is an option.

First, when you arrive, you'll need to change in a locker, but it is very cramped. If possible, it’s better to wear your swimsuit beforehand.

Additionally, when borrowing the locker key, you will need to exchange it for a hotel card or ID (like a passport), so please be careful.

After changing into your swimsuit, you’ll put on a life jacket and receive an orientation. Then, you’ll be divided into groups and head to the sea where the dolphins are.

The experience starts with touching the dolphins. It’s not often you get to see dolphins up close like this. After that, you can swim while holding onto the dolphin's fin, have the dolphin push you with its feet, and interact with them—it's all about dolphins!

Seeing the dolphins up close is truly delightful; they don’t seem afraid of humans at all, and it was a wonderful experience. Afterward, you can view the photos taken by the photographer and purchase them if you like.

After the tour, you have free time to explore the island or relax on the premises. Since all costs are included in the tour, drinks are unlimited. Personally, I recommend the piña colada and margarita.

I think this tour is enjoyable for both dolphin lovers and those who aren’t as fond of them.

送迎ありのプランでしたので、ホテルまで迎えに来てもらい、港までタクシーで送ってもらいました。
道中に、今回のツアーの説明と、島自体の説明を聞きました。

港では利用料がかかるらしく、ツアー代とは別に一人６ドルかかります。

この日は天候が悪く、思った以上に船が揺れましたので、酔いやすい方は船酔いを用意した方が良いと思います。また、船自体にあるドリンクと、パンは食べ放題でしたので、朝食を船内で取るのもありです。

まず、着いたらロッカーで着替えることになりますが、非常に狭いです。
可能であれば、水着を着てから行く方が良いと思います。

また、ロッカーのカギを借りる際に、ホテルのカード、もしくはID（パスポート等）と交換となりますので、
ご注意ください。

水着に着替えたら、ライフジャケットを装着して、オリエンテーションを受けます。
その後、グループに分かれて、イルカのいる海へと行きます。

まず、イルカの体を触れせてもらうことから始まります。イルカをこんなに間近に見ることが出来るのは、そうそう無いと思います。その後も、イルカのヒレに捕まって泳いでみたり、イルカに足を押してもらったり、イルカと触れ合ったりと、とにかくイルカ三昧です。

間近に見るイルカは、本当に愛らしく、人間を怖がる様子も無く、ステキな体験でした。終了後は、カメラマンが撮ってくれた写真を見て、気に入れば購入できます。

終了後は自由時間となり、島を探索するもよし、敷地内でのんびりするのも良しです。ツアーの中に全て代金が含まれているので、お酒も飲み放題です。個人的には、ピニャコラーダと、マルガリータがおススメです。

イルカ好きも、イルカがそんなに好きじゃない方も、楽しめるツアーだと思います。
