I was worried that the time would be too short, but it was enough to enjoy the main attractions. The facilities were built inside the cave, and just entering was very satisfying. The zip line had nine segments, which was fun but quite physically demanding. The tour included transportation from Cancun, making it a very satisfying experience. I thought it was a bit expensive, but after participating, I found the price to be reasonable.

The guide provided a simple explanation in English and led us to just past the entrance before we were free to explore on our own. It was so much fun that the time flew by from our arrival at 9:30 AM until the meeting time at 9:30 PM!

With lockers and lunch included, I was able to hang my phone around my neck and enjoy the day hands-free in my swimsuit.

Drinks inside the park are expensive, but I bought a bottle of water from the shop's refrigerator (it has a strap, so it's easy to carry) at the beginning, which allowed me to refill it with cold water from the servers located throughout the park. It was great to stay hydrated as much as I wanted! (I also saw some people filling their own bottles.)

During snorkeling, you can use the lockers available at the site. A deposit of 200 pesos is required, so it's a good idea to carry some small change.

The shows held at various locations are a must-see, so I recommend taking a photo of the board with the show schedule. The night show was incredibly impressive!

I made sure to confirm the return meeting time with the guide at the beginning! There are many buses lined up at the return bus stop, but if you tell the guide wearing a red polo shirt for the Xcaret tour (I saw several), they will let you know which bus to take, so there’s no confusion.

Since we played from morning until night, the hotel transfer was very convenient, and I'm glad we went on the tour!

ビーク内の飲み物は高いですが、最初に売店の冷蔵庫に入っている水のボトル(ストラップ付きなので肩にかけられて良い)を買うと、パーク内の所々にあるサーバーで冷たい水を足すことができたので、好きなだけ水分補給ができて良かったです！(自前のボトルに入れている人もいました)

シュノーケリングの時に、その場にあるロッカーを使います。200ペソのデポジットが必要だったので少額のお金を持ち歩くと良いと思います。

所々で行われるショーは必見なので、ショーのスケジュールが貼ってあるボードを写真に撮っておくと良いと思います。
ナイトショーはスケールが凄くて感動しましたっ！！

帰りの集合時間は始めにガイドさんにしっかり確認しておきました！
帰りのバス乗場にはたくさんのバスが並んでいますが、Xcaretツアーの赤いポロシャツを着たガイドさん(数人みかけました)にホテルの名前を告げると、どのバスに乗ればいいのか教えてくれたので迷いませんでした。

朝から晩まで遊び尽くすので、ホテル送迎はとてもラクで、ツアーで行って良かったです！！

I was torn between similar options, but I chose this one because the return time was relatively early and it was all-inclusive, so I didn't have to worry about extra costs on-site. It was slightly farther than the other option, but I was back at the hotel before 8 PM, allowing me to enjoy dinner at the hotel as well. There are paid activities available, but you can have plenty of fun with the free ones too. The cenote snorkeling was particularly mystical and wonderful. The next day, I went to Gran Cenote on a different tour, and while the clarity wasn't as good, for those short on time, this cenote snorkeling alone might be sufficient.

On the day of the tour, there were many participants, and we traveled in a large bus. Since there was no one sitting next to me, the journey was comfortable throughout. The Tulum ruins were breathtaking, just as shown in the photos. There was a bit of algae, but the weather was nice, and I was deeply moved by the beautiful scenery.

The interaction with the Mayan people was limited to a ceremony, but the cenote located nearby was also wonderful. When visiting famous cenotes, there can be too many people at certain times, making it difficult to swim or take a leisurely look around. However, the cenote we visited on this tour allowed us to float and relax. The water was filled with fish, creating an atmosphere that was quite unique.

As for the Cobá ruins, we explored them by bicycle. Riding a bike to the scattered ruins on the site was refreshing and sparked my sense of adventure. The famous large pyramid was even bigger than I had imagined, and I was a bit moved by it. I was able to sit on a nearby log for about ten minutes and soak in the view in front of me.

I was a bit worried because the price was low, and the guide was in English, but it turned out to be a tour that I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend it!

そしてコバ遺跡はなんと自転車で周ります。自転車で敷地内に点在する遺跡に向かうのが新鮮で、冒険心を駆り立てられました。
有名な巨大ピラミッドですが、創造よりも大きく、少し感動しました。10分ほど、近くにあった丸太に座って目の前の光景に浸ることができました。
価格が安く少々心配でしたし、英語ガイドだったのですが、十分楽しめるツアーでした。おすすめです！

When I arrived at the meeting place on the day, I was informed that my reservation was at a different Xcaret facility. Since it was nighttime and a holiday in Japan, I couldn't confirm with the contact point, which was frustrating. I understand that inquiries can't be made at night or on holidays, so I think it would be reassuring if you could confirm the reservation in advance at the location. The facility was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed it all day long. I recommend bringing marine shoes from Japan. There are about five activities in the vast nature. They are all activities that you can't experience in Japan, and I highly recommend them. I especially loved the zip line and the jeep! If I go to Cancun again, I will definitely want to go back. The facility itself deserves five stars.

- The hotel pick-up was at 5 AM, but I was able to see great ruins that surpassed my sleepiness. Since we headed out early in the morning, by the time we left the ruins, the number of groups had increased, and I felt it was good to have taken the early tour.
- Because it was an English-guided tour, there were participants from various countries, in addition to Japanese people, and the bus was nearly full.
- The guide was a local expert, and it was very good to receive detailed explanations while viewing the sites (I feel that without explanations, just looking would end quickly). I’m not very knowledgeable about history, but I was able to enjoy it.

On the outbound journey, there is a pickup at major hotels by a bus from the Xcaret Group, and after gathering at the Xcaret theme park, you switch buses to head to Xel-Há. Only those heading to Tulum remain on the bus, and after a half-day tour of Tulum, you return to Xel-Há.

I enjoyed both Tulum and Xel-Há, but since the meeting time at Xel-Há was around noon and it was a busy season, the lockers were full, making it difficult to change into swimsuits and manage our belongings. Additionally, there was about a one-hour wait for the slides, so I didn't ride them, but I had plenty of fun.

On the way back, I was grateful to be directly dropped off at my hotel from Xel-Há.

It was incredibly fun, and I want to go again! Surprisingly, the tour guide spoke English quite well. The night show is truly a must-see! I sat in the front row, but maybe the middle section would have been easier to see? I was a bit disappointed with the snorkeling as there weren't many fish.

I think it was mentioned that there would be an English driver, but I was told at the beginning that they could only speak a little English. Even when they explained things, I couldn't understand what they were saying, and it ended with "Come back at 6 o'clock" when we arrived. Most activities within the facility are paid, and it felt like a waste of a day.

The bus visited three hotels and was fully booked. Bringing drinks on the bus is not allowed. The guide mentioned that all the other passengers spoke Spanish and that they would come to explain in English later. The explanation was short, about 10 minutes, but I think it's good to remember that the pickup will be at the drop-off point at either 4:30 PM or 9:30 PM. The voucher mentioned a locker deposit, but there is no deposit required. At locker entrance number 7, you just need to tell them your name to get the key and use the locker. The staff at the location only spoke Spanish, so I couldn't understand what they were asking. When I looked confused, they checked the name on my wristband and gave me two keys. Many areas near the locker entrance had poor Wi-Fi connectivity, and without a paper map, I was initially confused about what to do if I couldn't load the theme park app. When I asked where the lockers were, I was told number 7, but I was unsure what that meant. Later, I realized that everything was numbered.

I think it might be a bit boring if you only do the free activities. The speedboat ride is paid, but it was very exciting and fun, unlike anything in Japan! The paid activities have a reservation counter right at the entrance, and they will inform you of the start time once you make a reservation. 無料アクティビティのみだと少しつまらないと思います。スピードボートは有料ですが日本にはない迫力でとても楽しかったです！有料のアクティビティは入口から入ってすぐ、予約するカウンターがあり、予約すると開始時間を教えてくれます。どれも高いですが1つは体験した方が良いと思います。

また、ガイドさんへのチップですが、行きと帰りが別のガイドさんです。それぞれ5ドルが目安と記載がありましたが、実際はほとんどの人が渡していませんでした。ドライバーの横に、チップを入れる箱があるのですが、小銭が少し入っていた程度です。

I highly recommend it! Even if you miss the bus number on your way back, just saying the hotel name will have the staff properly guide you. Also, the park itself is so large that you can't see everything in one day, so I recommend prioritizing where you want to go.

バギーは途中からスタッフさんが運転してくれてより楽しかったです。コースの中にイグアナがでてきて可愛かったです。
川下りは寒くて短いコースにしましたが上から落ちてくる水が綺麗でした。
手で漕ぐ筏下りは下手な人が乗ると後ろが大渋滞してました。
短いコースにしてよかったと思いました。
ハンモックのジップラインは自分で好きなハンモックの色を選んで持っていって乗れました。
スタッフさんも優しくて凄く楽しい1日になりました。

This was a trip for our honeymoon.

ガラフォン国立公園についてですが、ファミリー向けの施設だと思います。海上のジップラインは確かに面白かったです。しかし、他のシュノーケル、カヤックについては波が強かったせいか、監視員が見える狭い範囲での利用となります。カヤックについては一組くらいしか利用してませんでした。vipラウンジもvip待遇のツアー客が多いので、そこまでvip感はありません。ブッフェも期待通りに期待以下でした。
ガラフォン国立公園は午前中でお腹いっぱいだったので、イスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンに行こうとしましたが、そこまでの足がタクシーしかなく、ゴルフカートの貸し出しも公園では行ってないです。

ツアーガイドのアナウンスで14時と17時に迎えが来るとのことだったので、勿体ないけど14時の便で、早めにカンクンに帰ろうとしましたが、イルカツアーの場所に寄った後、突然イスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンで全員降ろされました。自分達を含め複数の乗客はアナウンスの有った後、突然の下船に驚きつつも船を降り、一時間ほどイスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンに放り出されました。

イスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンはとても面白く散策には向いてますが、タイムスケジュールにも記載が無かったので、散策もほどほどに船着き場で他のツアー客を探して合流することに。ちなみに船着き場周辺のお店はかなり物価が高いです。

そして下船場所と乗船場所が別なので、それもまた不安を煽る要素となりました。

やっとの思いでツアー船に乗船したものの、またガラフォン国立公園に向かった時はもう好きにしてくれって感じでした。笑

結局17時にガラフォンに寄ってからカンクンのマリーナに到着しました。帰りの船は誕生日の方のためにお祝いがあったりとイベントはありましたが、爆睡でチップも渡さずツアー終了、マリーナからバスでホテルに帰りました。

このツアーで寄った場所は１つ１つがとても魅力的な場所ではありましたが、回る順番や方法がとても残念なものです。
イスラ・ムヘーレス、ガラフォンに行きたい方はイスラ・ムヘーレスへ船で渡った後にゴルフカートを借りてガラフォンに行くのがオススメかと思います。

スペイン語、英語がもう少しわかるならなんてことないツアーですが、初見の方には難易度が高過ぎなのが正直な感想です。日本でオプションツアーを申し込む際は、現地のツアー会社とタイムスケジュールが違う可能性があるので、安心しない方が良いです。もっとも、言語に自信がないから日本でツアーに申し込みをするのですが笑。こればっかりはベルトラさんが悪い訳でもないですし、このようなハプニングも日本ではなかなかないので、これはこれで面白かったです笑。

イスラ・ムヘーレス、ガラフォンはとてもキレイな場所で、カンクンに来たら一度は行った方がオススメです。

We used a tour for our honeymoon this time. As others have mentioned, aqua shoes are essential. They are very expensive if you buy them inside the Explore park.

We visited in mid-February, and if it’s sunny, a swimsuit and quick-dry t-shirt are fine. I brought a rash guard for warmth, but I didn't use it. Also, since we went on a weekday, there were no wait times for any attractions, and even when choosing longer courses for the boat and river swim, we had plenty of time.

Regarding language, the tour explanations are primarily in Spanish, with some English explanations, but I could hardly understand them, haha. The staff in the park also spoke Spanish, but since there were many international visitors, everyone explained things in simple English and gestures, so it was manageable.

If you pay attention to the atmosphere and the movements of other tour guests, you’ll be fine. Just make sure to do some research on reviews and online beforehand.

写真についてですが、至るところでボタン式の自動撮影があります。高いし、説明わからないから買わなくていいや、と適当に撮影スポットを流してしまいましたが、終わった後に見たら、ちゃんと撮っておくべきでした。結局写真は買いました。またGoProを持ち込みましたが、手持ちでの撮影はNGで、クリップ式で留める、リスト、チェストストラップを使う等の対策が必要です。ヘルメットにマウントをつける場合は係員に申し出るようアナウンスがあります。その場合のマウントも自分たちで用意する必要があります。

全部で４つしかアトラクションはありませんが、日本では決して体験できないものばかりで、その一つ一つが30分以上時間のかかる内容ばかりでとても楽しかったです。

We left the Hotel Zone in Cancun around 7 AM and switched buses around 8 AM to head to Xplor. During the journey, the guide provided explanations in both Spanish and English (including details about two cafeterias and one restaurant, their operating hours, available food, and safety information for each attraction).

We paid 70 US dollars for a photo service for two people. There were designated photo spots, and we were able to take many pictures without our smartphones. The picture quality was good, so I recommend it (especially since you can't take photos while ziplining!).

The zipline experience is divided into two courses, each with seven lines. Once you start, there are no breaks until you reach the end. Each line takes just under a minute, and we finished all seven in about 30 minutes, including waiting time. The last line ends with a splash into the water, so you will definitely get wet!

I participated in a T-shirt and shorts because I didn't want to get too wet, but I recommend wearing a swimsuit. Since some paths are bumpy, I think it's best to wear sneakers that can get wet or water shoes.

This is a marine theme park that can be enjoyed by friends, couples, and families. There are additional activities available on-site for an extra fee, but you can have plenty of fun even without them. In the evening, there are impressive and captivating shows that are worth attending. I recommend arriving a bit early to secure good seats in the free seating area.

There are very few Japanese visitors in the facility; in fact, you hardly see any. While there are guidebooks available in Chinese and Korean, there is none in Japanese. However, I don't think you'll have any trouble if you can manage basic English.

友人・カップル・家族連れでも非常に楽しめる海のテーマパークです。敷地内は追加オプションでアクティビティも楽しめますしオプションがなくても十分楽しめます。夜には迫力と見応えのあるショーもあり、行く価値ありです。自由席で良い席を確保するために少し早めに場所取りをする事をオススメいたします。

I participated with my 9-month-old son and my partner. Our hotel was the first pick-up at 4:40 AM. When we met the local guide in the lobby, we paid the entrance fee of $23 for Chichen Itza in cash. After that, we took a large bus that went around several hotels for about an hour on our way to Chichen Itza. There was one restroom break along the way, and we arrived at the ruins just after 8 AM. We had another restroom break at the entrance. For about two hours, the guide showed us around the ruins. The English was quite fast, and I had a hard time catching everything, haha.

すごく熱心に説明してくれますし、英語も流暢で聞き取りやすいと思いますので、先に歴史の予習をしておくと良いと思います。また遺跡内は日陰が少ないです。ホテルからお水を持ってきておくと良いです。私は抱っこ紐で日傘を持って行ったのでとても大正解でした。日傘もあれば持っていくのをお勧めします。ガイドさんの案内の後は10時20分に解散し、11時20分にバス集合でした。1時間のフリータイムでは遺跡を満喫するには少し短い感じもしましたが、世界遺産のピラミッドを観れただけでも本当に感動しました！また、子供の体力を考えるとちょうど良かったかなと思います。12時過ぎにお土産屋さんに寄ります。ここではただただ40分くらい時間が過ぎるのを待ちました笑
バスに乗る際にランチパックを渡されてバスの車内でサンドイッチと水、バナナを食べながら帰路に着いてツアーは終了です。帰りは私たちのホテルが最初で15時30分に降ろしてもらいました。早朝出発だったので行きの車内は寝てました！また、チチェンイッツァは朝から入口で入場チケットを購入する列が出きていましたが、ツアーの私たちは横を通って優先的に中に入れたのはすごく良かったです。帰りに入口を見るとさらにすごい行列ができていました。午後からの方は人も多くとても混雑してそうですが、午前中は人もさほど多くなく、また日差しも幾分マシだと思います。
今回、子連れのため、チチェンイッツァだけの観光に絞ってツアーを選びましたが夕方からはホテルでプールに入ったりゆっくりできたので大正解でした。また、子供の体調をみて、今回は現地からギリギリにツアーを申し込みましたが、ベルトラさんはツアー出発の前日まで現地ツアー会社に私が質問したことを問い合わせしてくれて、とても丁寧な対応をしていただけたので、ツアー当日の朝までメールでやりとりすることができ、安心してツアーに参加することができました。さすが、日本のツアー会社だなと思います。おかげで、念願の遺跡に子連れで参加して、とても楽しい思い出をつくれました。チチェンイッツァだけに行きたい方にはこのツアーはとてもおすすめです。

Since we had an early morning departure, it was great to arrive in Cancun around 4 AM and have some time to relax on the beach. The Chichen Itza ruins were also very majestic and impressive. The guide provided information in both English and Spanish. I couldn't understand anything, but I think there was a lot of information shared. Even without being able to listen, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

What was disappointing was that even though I chose the transfer plan, I had to make my own way to the nearest hotel. Is it appropriate to label this as a transfer to the hotel? I hope this can be improved for future users.

As a couple with little experience traveling abroad, we were quite anxious about not having a Japanese-speaking driver or guide before our departure.

However, the guide had a great vibe and was very attentive to our limited English, which we really appreciated!

The park wasn't crowded, possibly because it was a weekday, and we were able to smoothly participate in the zip line, which was said to be busy, multiple times (though we actually only went around once since there was quite a bit of walking involved). There was enough time to enjoy each attraction at least once!

Lunch was a buffet style, allowing us to choose food that suited our tastes, and the selection was luxurious and satisfying (I enjoyed a meat-heavy burger loaded with hamburger patties and steak, haha).

There are many more things to mention, but you can enjoy experiences here that you can't have at theme parks in Japan! I highly recommend it!

どのアトラクションにも一回ずつ回るぐらいの余裕はあります！！

昼食もビュッフェ形式で口に合うものを選べますし 内容も豪華で満足できます(私はハンバーグやステーキをふんだんに使って肉だらけのハンバーガーを楽しんだりしてました笑)

I participated because it seemed like a full day of fun. I was picked up at the hotel and transported by bus to the transfer point. After switching buses, we headed to XPLOR. Upon arrival and checking in, we were given helmets and entered the caves. First, we rode something like a buggy, and the course was 5 km long. Then we headed to the zip lines. Once you ride one, you have to transfer to several others to return to the starting point, so be prepared for that. There was also a water slide along the way, and it was really fast. On the zip line that lands in the water, I lost one of my aqua shoes due to the water resistance upon landing. When I went back to the buggy for a second time, I was guided to a different course. I think the second course was more interesting. The raft is paddled with your arms. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food.

再度バギーへ行って2度目だと言うと他のコースへ案内されました。
2度目のコースの方が面白かったかな。
イカダは腕で漕ぎます。
レストランは品数が多く美味しかったです。

I used this for my honeymoon. There were many Westerners on board, but I didn't have any trouble with the guidance. I experienced all the activities at Explore, and I especially enjoyed the zip line and the hammock splash! There are many points within the facility where you can have photos taken automatically, and for about $70, you can download all the photos. There were nearly 100 photos, so I was very satisfied. The pictures of me flying through the air on the zip line and swimming in the cenote-like cave were particularly special and hard to capture elsewhere. It was a highly satisfying activity!

It was my first trip to Cancun, but this tour is definitely a must-do. I enjoyed the zip line and the jeep ride. It's fun for everyone, from kids to adults. I would love to go again if I have the chance next time.
