It was the best place for all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink, and all-you-can-play. There were four restaurants and a bar, and both the food and drinks were delicious. The sea was beautiful, and I had a great time. However, the pickup didn't come. They might have been there, but my name wasn't called, and they left. That's unfortunate. So, I had to transfer buses and go there on my own. Once I arrived, the staff came to assist me and let me in.

食べ放題飲み放題遊び放題の最高の場所でした。レストランも4つあり、バーもありご飯もお酒も美味しかったです。海も綺麗でとっても楽しかったです。ただ、迎えが来ませんでした。来ていたのかもしれませんが、名前も呼ばれず行ってしまいました。残念です。なのでバスを乗り継いで自力でいきました。行けばスタッフがきてくれて入れました。

I participated in late January, but it was very cold, and I found it difficult to stay, so I took a taxi home without waiting for the meeting time. I think it would be enjoyable on a warm day, but since you get wet, it might be better to participate during a warmer season.

I participated in the [World Heritage Teotihuacan Early Morning Tour <English Guide / Departing from Mexico City>] last time, and it was so great that I joined this early morning tour again.

When switching from the pickup vehicle to the bus, you need to pay the tour guide a tax of USD 25 (MXN 406 pesos), so it's better to prepare exact change. I had to remind the tour guide for my change during the restroom break on the way back, and I did receive a refund before arriving at the hotel, but I think if I hadn't asked, I probably wouldn't have gotten it back.
(If there is information about this tax payment in the final guidance email from VELTRA or in the voucher, the payment on the day would go smoothly and avoid any issues.)

Although there was no announcement from the tour guide, there is a convenience store-like shop behind the souvenir shop where we stop before arriving at Chichen Itza. You can buy snacks and coffee, but since they brew coffee one cup at a time with a home coffee machine, it takes time to receive it after payment. Some participants couldn't get their coffee in time for the bus departure, so I think it's advisable to be cautious when shopping at this store.

Depending on the number of participants and the situation of the day, the pickup at the hotel near the Maya Museum was at 04:25. After splitting into two groups, Spanish and English, to explore Chichen Itza with the guide, we had 45 minutes of free time, and we arrived at the hotel just before 16:00.

The explanations from the Spanish-speaking guide were thorough, and I had a great time experiencing sounds with other participants. I recommend this tour for those studying Spanish.

ピックアップの車からバスに乗り換える際、ツアーガイドに【税金】USD25ドル（MXN406ペソ）を支払いますが、お釣りのないよう準備しておいたほうが良いです。私は帰りのトイレ休憩の際にツアーガイドにお釣りを督促、ホテル到着前に返金はしてもらえましたが、督促しなかったら、おそらく返金は無かったと思います。
（VELTRAさんからの最終案内メールやバウチャー内にこの【税金】支払いに関する記載があれば、当日の支払いもスムーズになり問題も起きないかと思います。）

(ツアーガイドからの案内はありませんでしたが) チェチェン・イッツァ到着前に立ち寄るお土産店の裏にコンビニのような店が併設されています。スナックやコーヒー等を買うことはできますが、家庭用コーヒーマシンで1杯づつ淹れているため、支払いをしてから受け取るまでに時間がかかります。
バスの出発時間に間に合わずコーヒーを受け取ることができなかった参加者もいましたので、この店で買い物する際は注意されたほうがいいかと思います。

参加者の人数やその日の状況によって変わってくるかと思いますが、マヤ博物館近くのホテルでのピックアップは 04:25、 チェチェン・イッツァで西・英語の2グループに分かれガイドさんとともに散策した後の自由時間は45分、ホテル到着は16:00少し前でした。

西語のガイドさんの説明は丁寧で、音の体験など他の参加者の方と楽しくできました。西語を勉強されている方は、こちらへの参加をお勧めします。

The zip line exceeded my expectations! The moment you lift your feet off the ground, you might feel a bit scared, but once you take off, it's incredibly exhilarating! I was surprised that it was longer than I had imagined! On the long course, you fly a lot and end with a splash into the water! The short course had several moments where you fell into the water and included a water slide, which added some fun variety. The lunch menu was also well thought out. They grilled hamburgers that you could turn into burgers, and there was pizza too. Since I went on a weekday, it was not crowded at all, and I hardly had to wait.

足を地面から離す瞬間はすくんでしまいそうになりますが、飛んでしまうとかなりの爽快感！
想像してたよりも長くてびっくりしました！
ロングコースはたくさん飛んで、最後に水にドボン！
ショートコースは途中何度か水に落ちたり、ウォータースライダーがあったりで緩急があり面白かったです。
昼食もメニューのセンスが良かった。ハンバーグを焼いてくれてハンバーガーにできたり、ピザもありました。
平日に行ったせいか、空いててほとんど待たなかったです。

It felt like a type of adventure park that you can't experience in Japan. Basically, each attraction is quite long. The zip line seems to go on endlessly, making you wonder if it will ever end! And the vehicle course is long too, leaving you thinking, "Are we still driving?" It's a really fun place where even adults can let loose! The meals were enjoyable as well, with a buffet. However, it might be tough if your English skills aren't up to par. They provide a shuttle bus to the hotel, but you have to transfer to another bus at the bus stop. There is an explanation about the exploration on the bus, but it's alternated between Spanish and English. It was challenging to catch everything, and I was straining to listen intently.

We were the only Asians among the participants that day. I was a bit worried about the English guide, but after the explanations for everyone were finished, the guide personally came over to us and asked, "Are you okay? Do you have any questions?" which was very kind of them.
Also, inside the park, food and drinks were available for unlimited consumption. Whenever we got tired, we would take a break and eat something. (laughs)
The park wasn't too large, and we were able to see manatees, so we could enjoy it at a leisurely pace, sometimes even snorkeling.

当日の参加者でアジア人は私たちのみ。英語ガイドで少し心配していましたが、全員への説明が終わった後にガイドさんが個人的に私たちのところへ来てくださり、「大丈夫？質問ない？」など気にかけてくださったので、とてもありがたかったです。

I decided to participate in activities from Cancun because I wanted to have a lot of fun. We gathered at 7:20 AM in front of the Fiesta Americana Hotel at the Xcaret Tour Base, and after a little over an hour by bus, we arrived at Xcaret Park. Before boarding the bus, we were asked to present a photo ID for participant verification. If you want to join this tour, it's best to bring your driver's license.

The tour guide was bilingual in Spanish and English, but the fast pace made it a bit difficult to switch between the two languages. For the return bus, we could choose between two departure times: 16:30 and 20:30. Since we chose the Xcaret Plus tour, we could select lunch from four buffet restaurants, and the buffet food was delicious.

There were three river routes (AZUL, Maya, Manatee), and the staff told us we would reach the exit in 45 minutes, but it actually took about an hour. We chose the Maya route, which had waterfalls along the way and several tunnels. We even spotted a small group of real bats inside one of the tunnels, and we were able to relax and enjoy the natural scenery of the river.

There were several cameras set up along the river, so we could scan our wristband's barcode to take photos during the ride and purchase them later. Many water activities require an additional fee, but with the Sea Trek helmet diving, you can walk on the ocean floor at a depth of 6 meters and see many small fish and rays (ear equalization is a must).

The Xcaret Night Tour was truly moving. It was divided into two parts: the first part covered the history of the Mayans, the Spanish invasion, and the ball game that was played at the Chichen Itza ball court (a game where you kick a ball into a hoop using your hips), which was fascinating. The second part featured folk music and dances from various regions of Mexico, each showcasing its unique characteristics, and it was enjoyable.

If you're not going to the Xcaret Night Show, other parks are also fine, but the Xcaret Night Show is a wonderful experience to immerse yourself in Mexican culture. I recommend Xcaret for those who want to enjoy both water activities and the show. You can't explore the entire park in one day! I think you need two days to see everything. It's a recommended place for those who want to experience a little bit of everything.

朝7:20に、フィエスタアメリカーナホテル前の、
シカレツアーベースに集合して、バスで一時間ちょっとで、シカレパークに到着しました。
バスに乗り込む前に、参加者の本人確認をするために、一人一人の写真付きIDの提示を求められます。
このツアーに参加されたい方は、運転免許証を持参した方が良いです。

シカレ・プラスツアーを選択したので、ランチはビュッフェレストランの四ヶ所から選べて、
ビュッフェの食事も美味しかったです。
川下りは、３コースあり（AZUL、マヤ、マナティ）係員に45分で出口まで到着すると、言われましたが、実際は一時間ほどかかりました。
私達は、マヤコースを選びましたが、水路の途中に滝があったり、トンネルを幾つも抜けて、
コース途中のトンネルの中に、本物のコウモリの小さな群れを見つけたり、水路の自然を眺めながら、プカプカのんびり出来ました。
水路の途中何ヶ所も、カメラが設置されてるので、リストバンドのバーコードをかざして、水路の途中の写真を撮って、後で購入することも出来ます。
ウォーターアクティビティは、別料金になるものが多いのですが、
シートレックというヘルメットダイビングでは、水深６メートルでの海底散歩が出来ます。
沢山の小魚やエイを見ることができます。
（耳抜きが必須スキルになります。）
夜のシカレナイトツアーは、本当に感動しました。２部構成になっていて、一部は、マヤ人の歴史の変遷、スペイン人の侵略の様子や、
チチェンイツァの球技場で行われていた球技（
腰を使って球を蹴り上げて、輪っかに入れるゲーム）で興味深かったです。
二部は、メキシコ各地の民族音楽や舞踊を鑑賞します。こちらも各地方の特色があり、楽しめました。
シカレナイトに行かないのであれば、別のパークでも良いのですが、シカレナイトショーは、メキシコ文化を体感できる素晴らしいショーなので、ウォーターアクティビティとショーの両方を楽しみたい方には、シカレをお勧めします。
１日では、パークを周りきれません！
パークを全部を周るには、２日は必要だと思います。色んな物を少しずつ体験したい方には、お勧めの場所です。

When I decided to go to Cancun, I didn't know there were so many theme parks. I was torn between Xel-Há and Xcaret, but I chose Xplor since it seemed the closest. I was a bit scared of heights and wondered if I could handle the zip line, but as the reviews said, "It's okay even for those with a fear of heights," I was able to enjoy it. If you can trust the equipment and facilities, the staff's operation is quite solid, so there's no fear. However, I think it would be difficult if you start to doubt...

We first went to ride in a jeep, and since both of us are inexperienced drivers, we decided to have the guide drive us. This turned out to be a great decision because if we had driven ourselves, we wouldn't have been able to go that fast, and entering the caves would have been dark and anxiety-inducing, leaving us exhausted. More than anything, the distance is greater than expected, so I recommend having a guide for city dwellers who aren't used to driving. They took us to areas that are usually off-limits (guarded by ropes) and showed us the scenery.

After that, we moved to the zip line area, and there wasn't much of a crowd, with about a 15-minute wait. We started with an easier course, had lunch, and then went to the course with the highest platform. There wasn't much of a line there either. Doing two consecutive zip lines can be quite tiring (climbing the stairs is tough), so I think it's good to take a break in between. Finally, we did the hammock zip line, which is lower and feels more casual and fun. The drinks corner in the park had delicious shakes and oatmeal cookies, and the restaurant was a buffet where you could eat what you like whenever you wanted, so we stopped by twice each.

I enjoy alcohol, so I thought an all-inclusive option with drinks like at Xel-Há would be nice, but since we were active, I didn't feel like drinking at all, which made Xplor a good choice in that regard. I didn't feel much attraction to swimming in the cenote (since we were going on a separate cenote tour), so we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy ourselves before heading back. On the way there, we had to transfer buses, but the return trip was direct. As for footwear, you can buy marine shoes online for under 1,000 yen, so I recommend bringing them from Japan. Local shops sell them for around 3,000 yen. It would be fine to wear them straight from the hotel, but since you will definitely get wet, if you don't want to wear them back, it might be better to bring flip-flops as well. I only had marine shoes and got a bit cold on the bus ride back.

カンクンへ行くと決めたときにはこんなに色々なテーマパークがあるとは知らず、シェルハやシカレと迷いましたが、一番近そうだったエクスプロールにしました。やや高いところが怖いので、ジップラインできるだろうかと思いましたが、口コミにも「高所恐怖症でも大丈夫」とあった通り、楽しむことができました。設備や器材を信用できれば、スタッフさんたちのオペレーションはかなりしっかりしているので怖さはありません。疑い始めてしまうと難しいと思いますが・・・
私たちは最初にジープに乗りに行き、2人ともペーパードライバーなのでまずはガイドの方に運転してもらうことにしました。結果大正解で、もし自分で運転していたらあんなにスピードを出せないし、洞窟に入るなども暗くて不安でへとへとになってしまったと思います。何より思ったより距離があるので、運転慣れしていない都会人にはガイドさんがおすすめです。通常は入れない（ロープでガードしてある）エリアにも連れて行ってくださり、景色を見せていただけました。
その後ジップラインに移動しましたが、15分待ち程度でさほど混んでいませんでした。最初にゆるいコースをやり、お昼を食べてから一番高い台があるほうのコースへ行きました。そちらもそんなに並びません。2本続けてやると多分かなり疲れますので（階段を登るのが大変）、間に休憩を挟むと良いと思います。最後にハンモックジップラインもやりましたがこれは高さも低いですし遊びで気軽にできる感じです。パーク内にあるドリンクコーナーのシェイクやオートミールのクッキーなど美味しく、レストランもビュッフェで好きなものを好きなときに食べられるのでそれぞれ2回ずつ立ち寄りました。お酒好きなのでシェルハなどアルコールも込みのオールインクルーシブもいいなと思っていましたが、体を動かすので全然飲む気分にはならなかったため、その点もエクスプロールで良かったです。
セノーテで泳ぐところはあまり魅力を感じず（別途セノーテツアーにも行くので）やらなかったので、時間には余裕があり、のんびり満喫して帰りました。行きはバスの乗り換えがありましたが、帰りは直通でした。足元ですが、ネット等でマリンシューズを1000円未満で買えるので、日本から持参することをおすすめします。現地ショップでは3000円ぐらいでした。当日ホテルからそのまま履いて行けばよいのですが、確実に濡れるため、そのまま履いて帰るのがちょっといやな場合はビーサンも持って行った方が良いかも。私はマリンシューズしかなく帰りのバスでちょっと冷えました。

It was nice to receive a confirmation email from the tour company the night before, but I was surprised to find that the pickup location was changed from the Crystal Hotel where we were staying (as stated on the voucher) to a hotel that was quite far away. When I inquired, a Japanese representative from Veltra replied and confirmed that we could stick with the Crystal Hotel and that they had contacted the tour company. Fortunately, I happened to be awake and was able to get in touch, but considering that when traveling to Cancun, one might participate in local tours early in the morning and return exhausted, it would be reassuring if the confirmation could be made at least two days in advance. In fact, if there had been no change to the pickup location as per the voucher, a confirmation email wasn't necessary at all.

On the day of the tour, the pickup was on time, and we took a van partway before transferring to a designated large bus. On the return trip, some passengers had to switch buses, but we were able to stay on the large bus. I appreciated that the air conditioning wasn't too cold.

Thanks to our enthusiastic guide, Marco, the tour content was fulfilling. I was a bit concerned about the inclusion of a craft shop (since I'm not interested in shopping), but the staff were not pushy, and the store was larger than I expected, so I was able to enjoy browsing. The restrooms were relatively clean, which was also a plus. It’s advisable to do some light research on the ruins beforehand to enhance the experience, but with the guide's explanations, everything became much clearer, and we were able to see things efficiently. The free time was just right; I enjoyed a ham sandwich on a bench right in front of the pyramid, along with some packaged juice, an apple, and cheese snacks. After lounging on the grass while gazing at the pyramid, we left the site just after 11 AM, and it was getting quite crowded, plus it started to rain, so I was really glad we chose this early morning tour. The weather was slightly overcast that day, which made it manageable even during the day, but I think it would get quite hot in the afternoon on a clear day, so waking up early is definitely worth it. Since there’s a time difference across states, we returned to Cancun around 3 PM. It’s nice that the tour doesn’t take up the entire day, leaving some bright evening time afterwards. Since the bus rides can be long, you might feel hungry, so it’s a good idea to bring some light snacks. We enjoyed snacks and cookies we brought from Japan, as well as muffins we bought at a convenience store near the hotel.

前日の夜に催行会社から確認のメールが来たのは良いのですが、ピックアップ場所が宿泊しているクリスタルホテルではなくなっており（バウチャーではクリスタル）、近くのホテル集合に変更になったのかと調べてみたら物凄く遠いホテルだったのでびっくりしました。問い合わせたところベルトラ側の日本人担当者の方が返信をくださり、クリスタルのままでOKであること、催行会社にも連絡してくれたことを伝えていただけました。たまたま起きていて連絡が取れたので良かったですが、カンクンに行くと早朝から現地ツアーに参加して帰ってきて疲れてすぐ寝てしまうようなことも考えられるので（実際同行者はすでに寝ていました）、せめて2日前には確認していただけると安心かもしれません。というよりそもそもバウチャー通りでピックアップ場所に変更がなかったのであれば別に確認メールは不要でしたが・・
当日のピックアップはきちんと時間通りに来てくださり、バンに乗って途中まで行き、座席指定の大型バスに乗り換えました。帰りも一部の方が乗り換え対象でしたが私たちは大型バスのまま帰れました。空調が寒すぎなかったのでありがたかったです。
ツアー内容は一生懸命なガイドのマルコさんのおかげで充実していました。民芸品のお店が含まれているという点が少し気になっていましたが（買い物に興味がないため）、店員さんも押しつけがましくなく、また思ったより広いお店だったので色々見ているだけでそれなりに楽しめました。比較的綺麗なお手洗いも使えましたし良かったです。遺跡については事前に軽くでも調べて知識をつけておいたほうが楽しめますが、その上でガイドさんの説明があるとかなり分かりやすく、また効率よく見ることができたと思います。自由時間もほどよく、ピラミッドの目の前のベンチで遠足気分でいただいたハムサンドを食べました。他はパックのジュースと、りんご、チーズスナックが入っていました。ピラミッドを眺めつつ芝生に寝転がってのんびりしたあと、現地を11時過ぎには出たのですが、だいぶ混んできていましたし、ちょうど雨も降ってきたのでこの早朝ツアーにして本当に良かったです。また、この日は薄曇りだったので昼間でも割と大丈夫そうでしたが、快晴の日の午後などはかなり暑くなりそうでしたので、その意味でも早起きする価値はあると思います。州をまたいで時差があるので、カンクンに帰ってくると15時ぐらいでした。ツアーだけで1日終わらず、まだ明るい夕方の時間も残るのが良いです。行き帰りのバスに乗っている時間が長いため空腹を感じることもありますので、ちょっとした軽食は持参したほうが良いです。私たちは日本から持って行ったスナックやクッキー、ホテル近くのコンビニで買っておいたマフィンを食べました。

We participated as a family. We decided to skip the extremely crowded zip line and went to other buggies and the less busy boat. This was the right choice! Once you start the zip line, you continue on for seven rides in a row, and there were people who seemed to be suffering from heatstroke. After having lunch, we went to the zip line! This park is also all-inclusive, so you can eat and drink whenever you like. In the afternoon, we had a great time! I want to go again! By the way, for an additional fee, there was a photo spot where you could press a button, and the photos were automatically uploaded so you could download them online later.

Exploring Xplor was incredibly fun. If you go to Cancun, I think you should definitely visit Xplor. However, the transportation to and from the park involves changing buses on the way there, and on the way back, you share a bus depending on your hotel area. The explanations are only in Spanish and English. Additionally, the guide does not assist with the entry procedures at Xplor, so it might be a bit tough for those who can't understand English or Spanish. I think it's better to choose a tour with a Japanese guide, even if it's a bit more expensive. Neither of us are good at languages, but since we can manage to ask questions in a mix of Japanese and English, we were okay.

Departing early in the morning (5:00) is tough, but thanks to the large bus, I was able to sleep comfortably while being gently rocked, so it wasn't a burden. However, the air conditioning was quite strong inside the bus, so it was cold. It would be better to have something to wear over. We visited a village where the Maya people live, and we arrived at Chichen Itza around 8:30 (local time: Cancun time +1 hour difference). The schedule was divided into 2 hours for the guided tour and 1 hour for free time. We couldn't climb the pyramid and could only look up at it from below. It was quite crowded in the afternoon, so going in the morning was definitely the right choice. The guide was very knowledgeable, and it was interesting to hear comparisons with the pyramids of Egypt. I chose the English guide to save money, but my wife seemed dissatisfied because she couldn't understand the explanations well. For historical tours, I recommend the Japanese tour.

It's quite a unique Zip Line experience that you don't often find in Japan. I participated with my 10-year-old child. As is common in overseas theme parks, the entrance fee is on the higher side, but since it includes transportation and food costs, it's within an acceptable range.

We set off early in the morning, but the popular attractions tend to get crowded as the day goes on, so I recommend doing the most popular Zip Line first. The swim and boat activities require quite a bit of effort to paddle and swim, which seemed a bit tough for my child, and they gave up quickly. Overall, we had a fantastic day of fun!

While many other tours are full-day tours that include cenotes, this tour allowed us to return before 4 PM, which was helpful for keeping the kids in a good mood. I was a bit anxious during the meeting point (the bus arrived late, and since we were picked up by a minibus from outside the hotel zone and then transferred to a tour bus without any explanation), but our guide Marco was very kind, and his explanations sparked our interest in Maya civilization.

By the way, it says that children aged 0-4 are free, but there is an entrance fee for ruins for children over 2 years old, so if your child is over 2, there will be additional costs beyond the tour fee. I settled the payment with the guide, but I think it would be less chaotic on the day if this part could be included in the payment at the time of booking.

ちなみに幼児0-4歳無料とありますが、2歳以上は遺跡入場料がかかるので、お子様が2歳以上の場合はツアー料金以外に費用が発生します。私はガイドさんと個人精算しましたが、これは申し込み時にこの部分も含めて支払いが完了出来ていると当日の混乱が少ないかなと思いました。

Explore is fun, but this tour itself was not very good. It mentions that there would be an English-speaking driver, but in reality, many of the guides spoke very little English, and the driver on my bus couldn't speak at all. He seemed to think it was strange that I didn't understand his English mixed with Spanish. I have lived in the United States for over four years, so I can speak English reasonably well, but the guide was not proficient enough to the point of causing confusion. (There were other guides heading to different locations who could speak English, so I don't think it's the case that none of them can.) Since this is not a tour that requires a guide throughout, it may not be a huge issue, but the guide assigned to us only spoke in Spanish when we asked about the meeting place multiple times, which caused some confusion. The Explore itself was a very enjoyable place, so I might have had a better experience if it weren't for this tour.

I was picked up right on time in front of the hotel, and after transferring buses once, we finally arrived at the long-awaited Xplor! ★ An astonishingly beautiful natural landscape awaited us.

On that day, we enjoyed zip-lining → kayaking → swimming in a cave → and then riding buggies in that order. The zip-line was spectacular! Even my husband, who has a fear of heights, was able to enjoy it ★ I’m not a fan of roller coasters, but since it wasn’t a steep drop and the speed wasn’t too fast, I had a great time ★

The kayaking was exhausting! I think it was crowded that day, as we were constantly stuck behind others w. We were moving so slowly that taking photos and having fun became the main activity.

During the swimming activity in the cave, I was a bit disappointed for the first 30 minutes, but there’s a surprising scene waiting for you at the end, so I definitely recommend it ★

The food was delicious, and there were many varieties, so we had a pleasant break! It was a tour where we could enjoy all the activities in one day, and I was very satisfied ★

However, at the end of the tour, we were taken to a souvenir shop that was not mentioned at all in the itinerary, and we stayed there for nearly an hour. I was a bit disappointed as I had no interest in the handicrafts. I would have preferred to spend that time exploring Chichen Itza. I feel that if there is going to be a stop at a souvenir shop, it should be noted in the itinerary.

I participated in this tour based on a recommendation from a friend who has been to Cancun. We are a couple who loves activities.

In the morning, a bus arrived in front of the hotel, and then we had to transfer to the tour bus at a stop where many buses were parked. There are various buses going to different destinations at that stop, so make sure not to confuse the bus number explained by the guide.

At the Tulum ruins, even though we were on the same bus, the guide separated us into Spanish and English groups. The English was easy to understand, but if you go without any prior knowledge of the civilization, you might find it hard to grasp. After touring around, we had some free time. It was about an hour, which was sufficient. If you want to check out souvenir shops, it might be good to act quickly.

After that, we headed to Xel-Há Park. In the morning, the guide told us that "for some reason, only our couple didn't have a reservation," and he gave us a handwritten reservation form. We took that form to the counter next to the bus stop and got a wristband with a barcode. We fell behind other participants because of this.

At the marine park, there were no Japanese or Asian people at all. Lockers are limited, so you should secure one early. Time flies when you're eating, drinking, and doing activities, so it's important to decide in advance what you want to do at the marine park. I definitely wanted to experience the zip line, so I was able to enjoy it during a less busy time while eating. I went snorkeling, but honestly, it was a bit disappointing as it wasn't very clear. However, all rental items were well-maintained and individually packaged. For those who love activities, the water slide is a must-try here. トゥルム遺跡では同じバスのメンバーでも、スペイン語組と英語組に別れてガイドさんが説明してくれました。英語も聞き取りやすい英語でしたが、そもそも文明のことを何も知らずに行くとサッパリ分からないかもしれません。一通り回ってすぐに自由時間に。だいたい１時間弱の自由時間でしたが、充分でした。お土産店を見たい方は早め行動が良いかもしれません。

その後、シェルハ海洋公園へ。朝にガイドさんに「私達夫婦のみ何故か予約が取れてない」と言われ、ガイドさんが手書きで予約用紙をくれてました。その予約用紙をバス停留所の横にあるカウンターへ持参して、手首に巻くバーコード付きのブレスレットをGET。他の参加者より出遅れてしまいました。
海洋公園では、日本人含めアジア人が全く居ませんでした。ロッカーは数が限られてるので、早めに確保すべきです。ご飯食べたりお酒飲んだりアクティビティをしているとあっという間なので、この海洋公園で何をしたいか目的をしっかり事前に決めておくこと。私はジップラインは絶対体験したかったので、ご飯時の空いてる時間に楽しむことができました。シュノーケルしましたが正直あまり綺麗ではなかったのが残念。でもレンタル品は全て綺麗に管理されて居て、個包装になっていました。アクティビティ好きな方、ここで体験してほしいは間違いなくウォータースライダー。とても迫力があり、何度も体験したいものでした。
1日で周りきれない大きく、そして綺麗な公園でした。

一つ用意した方が良いもの。ビーチサンダルよりも、マリンシューズがあればとても過ごしやすいです。

The sea in Cancun is already incredibly beautiful, but Isla Mujeres had even more stunning scenery. I want to go again! It was such a wonderful place that made me feel that way!

I went with my wife. The zip line and buggy were incredibly fun.
Rafting involves using hand paddles and a forward-leaning posture while paddling through the cave. The posture and maneuvering are tough, so I wouldn't recommend it.
The reverse swim has life jackets but no fins, and you swim continuously through the cave. It was cold, and progress was slow, so it got boring. In this regard, Xcaret was better. (At Xcaret, you swim in a sunny area with fins.)
Overall, we had a great time.

妻と行きました。ジップライン、バギーはものすごく楽しかったです。
ラフティングは手に水かきをつけ、前かがみの姿勢で洞窟の中を漕いで行くスタイルです。姿勢も操作もキツくお勧めしません。
リバースウィムは、ライフジャケットありですがフィンなしで洞窟の中をひたすら泳ぎます。寒く、進み方も遅いので飽きました。これに関してはシカレの方が良かったです。(シカレは日の当たる場所を、フィンありで泳ぎます)
総じて楽しめました。

The meals were very delicious, and the staff was friendly, making it a fun experience. The zip line activity was especially amazing. However, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't dive or swim freely in the ocean; we only swam in a small area while snorkeling. But the sea was very beautiful, and it was a satisfying trip overall.

If I had to mention a downside, the loud, long explanations on the boat and the loud Latin music afterward were quite bothersome. The boat was old, and the vibrations were intense, so it's definitely a recipe for seasickness. I recommend bringing motion sickness medication with you.

食事もとても美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーでたのしかったです。特にアクティビティでのジップラインは最高でした。ただ海の中を潜ったり、勝手に泳ぐのは出来ず、少し残念でした。シュノーケルで狭い範囲を泳ぐだけでした。でも海はとても綺麗で満足のいく旅でした。
難点をいえば、船で大音量長時間の説明と終わった後の大音量のラテンミュージックはうるさかったです。船が古いからなのか船の振動も酷く、船酔い間違いなしなので、酔い止め薬をしっかり持っていく事をおすすめします。

The zip line was fun. There seemed to be few families with children. The lunch was delicious, and after doing everything, it was just the right time to eat and change.

You can purchase photos, and it was about $70 for two people.

I had a great time enjoying 12 zip lines, 2 buggy rides, cave swimming, hand-paddled rafting, and hammock zip lining! The zip lines get very crowded, so how quickly you can get off the bus, check in, and store your belongings in a locker to rush to the zip line will change how you spend your day.

Basically, the zip lines and buggies are very crowded, so if you can enjoy those first, the rest will be less busy. This is an experience you can only have in Cancun, so definitely participate! Everything is fun and amazing.

早朝入場！チチェン・イッツァ遺跡ツアー＜混載／英語ガイド／カンクン発＞

The tour itself was very interesting as we listened to our English guide about the history of the Chichen Itza ruins. However, there was a discrepancy between the meeting location listed on the English version of the voucher and the Japanese version. I went to the meeting place as stated in the Japanese version, but there was no bus, and when I returned to the hotel, I received a message saying that it had departed just five minutes earlier. Even when I called the tour company, the response was slow, and although I sent an email to change the date, the reply took a long time. In the end, I received a response from a Japanese person the day before the new date, which resolved the issue, but the delay caused a lot of anxiety. I think it would be better if their response time was a bit quicker.

ツアー自体は英語ガイドさんのチチェンイッツアの遺跡の歴史等を聞いてとても面白かったです。
しかし、ツアーに行く前の集合場所が英語バージョンのバウチャーとその下の日本語のバウチャーと記載が違っていて日本語で書いてあった通りの集合場所にいったのにもかかわらず
バスがおらずホテル戻ったら5分前に出発したとの伝言が、、ツアー会社に電話しても電話です、日にちの変更メールもしたがとても返信が遅く、変更した日にちの前日に結局日本人の方から返信が返ってきて一件落着でしたが、とても返信が遅かったのでそれまで不安が募るばかりでした。。もうちょっと応答の速さがあってもいいのではないかなと思いました。
