I used this during a trip with friends. The sea was incredibly beautiful, and snorkeling was a lot of fun! There were plenty of other activities as well, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! I would love to visit again when I come back to Mexico! It got a bit chilly when the sun went down, but it was helpful that I could borrow a towel. It was all-inclusive, but there were quite a few paid activities, which was a bit disappointing. Since payments were made by credit card, I felt like I couldn't enjoy myself without carrying anything. It would be easier to have everything included in the all-inclusive package!

Before departure, I inquired about the meeting place since I was unsure, and they provided a detailed explanation along with photos. On the day of the tour, we first boarded a van and then transferred to a large bus at the tour company's pickup point to head to Xplor. During the bus ride, there were explanations about the park in a mix of Spanish and English, but if you research Xplor in advance, you won't have any issues even if you don't understand everything. At the end, they ask if anyone has individual questions, so it's a good idea to confirm the meeting time then.

The meeting place is a bit of a walk towards the exit where there is a souvenir shop, and the bus will be waiting just outside. When you tell the guide your name and where you're returning to, they will let you know which bus to take. We had to transfer on the way there, but the return was direct.

Xplor itself offers activities that you can't experience in Japan, and I was very satisfied. Since we entered right when the park opened, we were able to enjoy ourselves without wasting time at the reception. There was a distance from the reception to the locker room, so it might take about 15 minutes to change and get to the exit on the way back, so it's better to allow some extra time. Also, it gets cold at night, so just wearing a swimsuit might be chilly. The zip line, jeep rides, and meals are outside, so it can be quite cold, but the river rafting and cave tubing are inside the caves, so it shouldn't be too cold there. The atmosphere was magical with flames and lights all around. Since it wasn't crowded, we were able to do all the activities.

There are places in the park where you can buy water shoes and rash guards, so you don't need to worry if you forget them. The buffet meal was diverse, with plenty of American food and Spanish dishes to enjoy at a leisurely pace.

Since this tour doesn't come with a Japanese guide, I think it's possible to sign up for it on-site, but for those who are anxious, it's best to book in advance here.

It was a fun day that made me feel like I had wandered into a jungle.

ツアー当日は、まずバンに乗り込み、ツアー会社のピックアップポイントで大型のバスに乗り換えてエクスプロールへ向かいます。
そのバスの中では、スペイン語と英語混ざりで園内の説明等をしていましたが、わからなくても事前にエクスプロールについて調べておけば問題ないです。
最後に個別で質問はないかと聞いてもらえるので、その時に何時集合か確認しておくと良いと思います。
集合場所は出口に向かって結構歩くとお土産屋さんがあるので、そこを出るとすぐにバスが待っています。
行きのガイドさんに名前と帰る場所を伝えるとどのバスに乗ればいいか教えてくれます。
行きは途中で乗り換えましたが、帰りは直行でした。

エクスプロール自体は、日本では味わえないアクティビティで満足できました。
開園と同時に入れたので、受付に時間を取られることなく遊ぶことができました。
受付からロッカールームまで距離があったので、帰りは着替えて出口まで出るのに15分ほどかかるので、余裕を持って出られたほうがよいかもしれません。
また夜は冷えるので、水着だけだと寒いかと思います。
ジップライン、ジープ、食事は外なのでかなり寒いですが、リバークラフト、いかだ下りは鍾乳洞の中なのでそこまで寒くはないかと思います。
あちこちで炎が出ていたり、ライトアップされていたりと幻想的な雰囲気もありました。
混み合っていなかったので、全てのアクティビティをすることができました。
園内にはマリンシューズやラッシュガード等を購入できるところもありましたので、忘れた場合でも心配ないと思います。
食事のバイキングは、種類豊富でアメリカンフードやスペイン料理など好きなものをたくさん食べられて、ゆっくりできました。

日本語ガイド付きではないので、現地でも申し込みできるツアーだと思いますが、不安な方はこちらでお申込みしていくのがベストだと思います。

We decided to go to Cancun for our honeymoon, and since my husband was very interested while looking at the guidebook, we signed up for a tour. We participated in a tour that did not have a Japanese-speaking guide. I thought it would be fine, but first, the attitude of the tour guide who picked us up at the hotel was cold. Also, there were no other Japanese people besides us (we didn't see any in the park either). Everything was in Spanish and English. We transferred buses and made our way to the location without really understanding what was happening. We were only told the return time, but we weren't quite sure where to gather. We were filled with anxiety, but since there was no turning back, we lined up, completed the check-in, and went to the lockers. The lockers were for two people, and they were very small. We had to forcefully stuff our backpacks into one.

Despite the chaos, we first headed for the zip line, which was our main attraction. It was incredibly fun to zip through the air in the midst of nature! It was refreshing. Since the zip line was the main event for us, we did both courses. Next was the buggy ride. We each drove once, and they let us run on different courses, which was enjoyable for both of us. Finally, we went swimming. After swimming the longer course of the two, we were tired, so we decided to skip the rafting. My husband scraped his leg while swimming, but there was a medical room, and they provided very careful first aid. By the way, the staff in the park were very kind and friendly!

On the way back, if we went to the exit on time, the bus to the hotel was waiting for us. In the end, everything worked out somehow. I highly recommend this for outdoor enthusiasts or those who enjoy physical activities!

私たちが参加したのは日本語ガイドが付いていないツアー。なんとかなるだろうと思っていたのですが…まず、ホテルまで迎えに来たツアーガイドの態度が冷たい。そして私たち以外に日本人がいない（園内でも見かけませんでした）。全部スペイン語、英語。よくわからぬままバスを乗り継ぎ現地へ。帰りの時間だけは伝えられたが、どこにどう集合するのかもイマイチわからず。不安でいっぱいでしたが、後戻りはできないため列に並び、受付を済ませ、ロッカーへ。ロッカーは２人で１つ。とても小さかったです。リュックを１つずつ背負っていった私たちは無理矢理押し込みました。
てんやわんやしつつも、まずはお目当てのジップライン。大自然のなか、空中を駆け抜けるのは、とっても楽しかったです！気分爽快です。ジップラインは私たちにとってメインだったので２コースとも行いました。あとはバギー。２人で１回ずつ運転したのですが、違うコースを走らせてくれてそれぞれ楽しめました。最後に、スイム。２コースあるうち長いコースを泳いだら疲れたので、イカダは断念しました。スイムで主人が脚を擦ってしまったのですが、医務室があり、すごく丁寧に応急処置をしてくれました。ちなみに園内のスタッフさんはとても親切だしフレンドリーでした！
帰りは、時間通りに出口へ行けばホテル行きのバスが待っていました。結果的に諸々なんとかなりました。アウトドア派の方や体を動かすのが好きな方にはとってもオススメです！

We departed early in the morning, but since it was a tour, I slept soundly on the bus. When we arrived at Chichen Itza, it was worth the early start as it was quite empty! It was a miracle that no one appeared in the photos I took in front of the pyramid. That was great.

During our free time, as it got closer to noon, more people arrived and it became quite hot. Since you walk a lot within the ruins, I think it's essential to bring sun protection and stay hydrated. In that sense, I’m really glad we were able to explore a bit while it was still cool in the morning.

However, we weren't very good at English, so we couldn't understand it at all. The mix of Spanish and English was difficult for beginners. If possible, I think it would be fantastic to have a tour with a Japanese-speaking guide that departs early in the morning.

チチェンイッチァ到着すると、早朝に出発した甲斐あり、がらがら！ピラミッドの前で写真を撮るときに、誰も映り込まないという奇跡。良かったです。
自由行動でお昼近くになると人は増えてくるは暑くなるはで大変でした。遺跡内結構歩くので日焼け対策と水分は必ず持っていった方がいいと思います。
そう言う意味でも涼しいうちにある程度回れたので、早朝出発で本当に良かったと思います。
ただ…私たちはあまり英語が得意ではなかったので、英語が全く聞き取れませんでした。スペイン語混じりの英語は初心者には難しかったです。
できれば、早朝出発の日本語ガイド付きのツアーがあれば最高なのになあと思います。

All the attractions require a lot of stamina. The swim in the cave was beautiful. I think it's a way of using caves that you wouldn't expect in Japan. Both zip line routes were fun, but they require physical strength. The lunch was very satisfying.

I chose Explore for ziplining instead of ocean activities, feeling a bit anxious about the English guide, but I referred to various people's experiences.

After being picked up by van from the hotel, we transferred to a bus to Explore. According to other people's experiences, there were Japanese speakers who provided explanations in the vehicle up to the transfer point, and we would receive written instructions in Japanese, but none of that was provided (only in Spanish or English).

We went ziplining first. There was hardly any wait, and everything went smoothly. The sensation of speed and rushing through the forest was incredibly refreshing.

We had relatively ample time for rafting and buggy rides as well (maybe it was less crowded). By the way, even though I had never driven a left-hand drive buggy before, I was able to enjoy driving it.

The lunch buffet was delicious, and I was very satisfied.

Beach sandals were fine for footwear, but I think sandals that are less likely to come off and can get wet would be easier to move in. For clothing, since you can get wet while ziplining, wearing a swimsuit is fine, but it's recommended to wear something like a rash guard that covers a bit of skin and dries easily due to the equipment used during ziplining.

I had a great time even though I don't understand much English!

最初にジップラインに行きました。あまり待つこともなく、スムーズにまわることができました。
スピード感があり、森の上を駆け抜けて行く感覚がとても爽快でした。

その他ラフティングやバギーと比較的時間に余裕を持ってまわれました。（すいてたのかな）
ちなみにバギーは左ハンドル運転したことのない私でも楽しく運転することができました。

ランチのブッフェもどれも美味しくて大満足でした。

足元はビーチサンダルでも大丈夫でしたが、濡れても良い脱げにくいサンダルのほうが動きやすいと思います。
服装はジップラインでも水に濡れるので水着姿でも良いですが、ジップラインの際の器具装着があるのでラッシュガードなどの少し肌を隠せて乾きやすいものがオススメです。

It was a day full of excitement. The hotel picked us up in a large bus, making the transportation comfortable. The reception area was inside a cave, creating an amazing atmosphere even before entering! Since it was all-inclusive, we could just go and have fun without worrying about anything, feeling like kids again. Of course, we could leave our belongings in free lockers.

We brought an underwater camera, so we were able to enjoy the attractions while taking photos. There are cameras set up all around the park, so even those without waterproof cameras can capture memories.

As for the attractions, the view from the main zip line was absolutely stunning and the best part. The speed wasn't too high, so even someone like me, who isn't a fan of roller coasters, could enjoy it. The other attractions were also filled with nature and a lot of fun.

I struggled a lot deciding between Explore, Shellha, or Shikare, but based on various people's experiences, I chose Explore because it offers ziplining.

After being picked up by van from the hotel, a Japanese staff member provided various explanations in the vehicle until we reached the bus transfer point. At the bus transfer location, we took a shared bus to Explore with people from other countries. Inside the bus, there were facility guides and safety instructions in English and Spanish, but I felt reassured since the initial shuttle bus had already explained the safety precautions. Additionally, we received safety instructions written in Japanese.

We waited in a long line from arrival until check-in, but my excitement kept building during that time... (laughs)

First, we went ziplining. My husband, who had been longing for a long zipline, and I, who have a fear of heights, both had a great time and conquered all the courses!! The zipline that descends from a height of 45 meters was terrifying... but somehow I managed to get through it, and I enjoyed watching the video later.

Additionally, we swam in the water flowing through a cave, paddled a raft, and drove a buggy, having the best time playing all day long.

Since it was all-inclusive, lunch was all-you-can-eat! Moreover, the hamburgers and other food were all delicious, and I was very satisfied. There were designated rest areas between attractions where we could easily grab drinks and snacks.

Even if you don't understand English, you can purely enjoy yourself! I highly recommend it. However, the next day, I was sore all over (laughs). If you plan to go, I recommend studying strategies in advance. At the beginning, you surprisingly have to wait in line for the zipline, and time flies by quickly. We didn't have much time to take it easy with the buggy, and I hurriedly swam through the waterway.

最初に、ジップラインに行きました。
長距離ジップラインを切望していた主人も、高所恐怖症の私もとても楽しくて、すべてのコースを制覇！！
中でも４５ｍの高さから滑り降りるジップラインは怖くて怖くて・・・でも、どうにかクリアでき、後で動画を見ても楽しめました。

その他、洞窟の中に流れる水脈を泳いだり、いかだを漕いだり、そしてバギーの運転と１日中めいいいっぱい遊ぶことが出来て最高に楽しかったです。

オールインクルーシブなので、ランチも食べ放題！しかもハンバーガーやその他の食べ物もどれも美味しくて大満足でした。
アトラクションの間では、休憩できる場所が設けられており、ドリンクや軽食が気軽に食べられます。

英語が分からなくても、純粋に楽しめます！是非、お薦めです。
ただ、次の日、体中が筋肉痛でしたが(笑)
それから行かれるなら、予め攻略法を勉強していくことをお薦めします。
ジップラインは、最初の方は意外と行列に並ばないといけなく、時間が経つのがあっという間で、後回しにしたバギーはあまり時間をゆっくり取ることが出来なかったし、水脈のスイムもとても慌てて泳ぎ切りました。

This is my third time in Cancun! I go to Isla Mujeres every year, so my English isn't that fluent, but I participated in a reasonably priced English-guided tour. I made the reservation on Veltra after arriving at the location. Therefore, I couldn't print the e-voucher and borrowed a computer at the local marina office to print it out. After checking in at the marina, we set sail. The schedule was posted online, so I had a general idea of the timing. However, I had some anxiety about not being able to understand English, especially regarding the meeting points for free time, but I was able to communicate with the staff in broken English. If you're not confident in your English, I think it would be helpful to check the schedule and have a general understanding so you can enjoy without worrying.

カンクンは3度目です！
イスラムヘーレスは、毎年行っているので英語はそこまでペラペラではないですがリーズナブルな英語ガイドのツアーに参加しました。
現地に着いてからveltraにて予約しました。なのでeバウチャーの印刷が出来ずに現地のマリーナの事務所でパソコンを借りてプリントをしました。
マリーナでチェックインをして出航。
タイムスケジュールはネットに記載されていたので、なんとなく時間の流れが分かりました。
ただ英語が聞き取れず、自由行動の集合場所など不安な面ありましたが、スタッフに聞けば片言の英語でなんとかコミュニケーションできます。
英語に自信がない方は、スケジュールを確認して、ある程度把握していた方が気にせず楽しめるかと思います。

I was scared until I got there, but since we could do it together and the staff also talked to us, asking things like, "Where are you from? Hello!!", I was able to enjoy it even though I'm not good at English. The attractions other than the zip line are decent, so if you have time, I think it's fine to check them out.

行くまでは怖いと思っていたけれど、二人一緒に出来たり、途中で、係の人たちも、「どこから来たの？こんにちは！！」などと、話しかけてくれたので、英語が苦手でも楽しめました。ジップライン以外のアトラクションはそこそこなので、時間があれば回ればいいとおもいます。

We gathered at the departure point for Aqua Tours at 8:30, and I was a bit surprised that there were no other Japanese people among the more than 100 passengers besides us.

After nearly an hour, we arrived at Isla Mujeres' Garrafon National Park, and I was amazed by the beautiful sea, which was as stunning as or even better than Cancun! After storing our belongings in a VIP locker, we had a blast with activities like snorkeling, swimming in the pool, and zip-lining over the sea. The zip-line, in particular, is something you can't experience in Japan, so I highly recommend it.

While relaxing in the VIP lounge area, we encountered five iguanas. It was my first time seeing wild iguanas up close, and while we were busy taking photos, tourists from the U.S. and Brazil didn't seem particularly interested, which made me feel the cultural differences.

I had heard that we could rent a golf cart to explore the entire island outside the park, but it seems we would have to take a taxi from the park entrance to the golf cart station, so we decided against it.

The buffet lunch in the VIP lounge was delicious, and we were able to enjoy an extraordinary and luxurious time. However, there was one issue: we participated as two people with one free spot in the VIP monitor, but one of us was told they would receive regular treatment instead of VIP, and we had to pay an additional $20 to upgrade to VIP. VIP専用のロッカーに荷物を預けた後はシュノーケリング、プール、海の上を滑空するジップラインと言ったアクティビティに大はしゃぎ。特にジップラインは日本では体験できないので、オススメです。
また、VIP専用の休憩ゾーンでくつろいでいると、5頭のイグアナに遭遇できました。初めて間近で野生のイグアナを見ることができ、ひたすら写真を撮る私たちに対し、アメリカやブラジル等の観光客は特に興味を示しておらず、文化の違い(?)を感じました。
公園外ではゴルフカートを借りて島全体を巡ることができると聞いていましたが、公園出入口からゴルフカート乗り場まではタクシーで移動しなければならないらしく、私たちは断念しました。
VIPラウンジでのビュッフェ昼食も美味しく、非日常的な贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。
ただ一つ、2人参加で1人無料のVIPモニターでの参加でしたが、1人はVIPではなく通常の待遇と言われ、20ドル追加で支払いVIPとしました。他に誤解される方もいるかもしれませんので、書き方を訂正していただいたほうが良いと思います。

The sea at Garafon National Park is the most beautiful among the Isla Mujeres. This tour is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing day or for families. Unfortunately, there weren't many fish at the snorkeling spots since they are limited. Also, the return boat gets very crowded, so if you line up on time, you can definitely get a seat. On the way back, even though you're tired on the boat, there are guides who force alcohol on you along with loud drinking calls and music, so if you want to avoid that, I recommend sitting as far back as possible.

The bus pick-up to the hotel was about 20 minutes late, but I thought that might happen overseas. It took about an hour to arrive by bus. I was worried about getting sunburned, but there were plenty of shaded areas in the cave and jungle, so the sunlight wasn't too bothersome. The two zip lines, high and low, and swimming in the cave (cenote) were incredibly fun. The restaurant was surprisingly delicious, and I went there several times to take a break and enjoy some soft serve ice cream. Since the zip line can take about an hour and a half when it's crowded, it's better to consider the bus return time when riding (as you can't stop midway on the zip line). Overall, I think it's a place that couples and families can really enjoy!

ホテルへのバスお迎えは20分ほど遅れましたが、海外ならそんなこともあるかなと思います。バスで1時間程度で到着。日焼けを心配していましたが、鍾乳洞の中やジャングルで木陰も多く日差しはそれほど気になりませんでした。高・低2つのジップライン、鍾乳洞（セノーテ）内のスイミングがとにかく楽しかったです。レストランも意外に美味しくて休憩がてら何回かいってはソフトクリームを食べたりしていました。ジップラインは混んでいると1時間半ほどかかるため、帰りのバスの時間を考えて乗った方が良いです。（ジップラインは途中で止めれないため）総合してカップルでも家族でもかなり楽しめる場所だと思います！

I participated in early July. After about an hour on a boat from Cancun, we arrived at Isla Mujeres. Perhaps because it was early in the morning, light snacks and drinks were served on the boat.

The park is all-inclusive, and as soon as we arrived, I enjoyed some drinks. We were able to use the VIP lounge for lunch, where we had delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed snorkeling as an activity, and then just relaxed while looking at the sea. Since we left after 5 PM, we could take our time.

One thing to note is that since the boat goes directly to Garrafon Park, if you want to visit other spots in Isla Mujeres, you'll need to arrange your own transportation. I actually wanted to move around in a golf cart, but I couldn't rent one in the park, so I gave up on that.

I recommend just relaxing and enjoying the park!

カンクンより船で揺られること約1時間、イスラ・ムヘーレスに到着です。
朝早いからか、船の中では軽食と飲み物が振る舞われていました。

公園内はオールインクルーシブで、到着したタイミングがガンガンお酒をいただいてしまいました。
ランチもVIPラウンジを使用でき、美味しいごはんとお酒をいただけました。
アクティビティもシュノーケルを楽しみ、あとは海をみながらぼーっとしていました。
帰りも17時過ぎなのでゆっくりと過ごせます。

注意点としては、ガラフォン公園に直接つくのでイスラムヘーレスのガラフォン公園以外のスポットに行きたい場合は、
自分で移動手段を確保する必要があることです。
本当はゴルフカートで色々移動したいな～と思っていたのですが、公園では借りることができなかったため断念しました。

公園にしぼってまったりするのがおすすめです！

It was a bit challenging to get to the meeting place early in the morning, but I was able to return at just the right time to catch my flight home that day. For sightseeing on a day departing in the evening to night, this was the best. The guide's explanations were very thorough (maybe a bit too particular!?), but even during the cooler morning hours, they chose shaded areas for explanations and took their time, effectively utilizing the space and making sure we knew what to see.

朝早く集合場所まで行くのが少し大変でしたが、その日に帰国する為にはちょうど良い時間に戻ってくることが出来ました。<<　夕方から夜に出発する日の観光としてはベスト。

I'm really glad I chose the early morning plan. I thought it might get too hot to handle if I waited any longer. The guide was very dedicated, and the scenery was beautiful, allowing for some great photos.

However, when we boarded the bus in the morning, we were given a bag with snacks and juice. Since it was before 5 AM and the schedule indicated that lunch would be provided around 10 AM, I opted for just drinks at a restaurant during our free time. I never expected that the snacks would be referred to as lunch. We ended up leaving at the meeting time, and we were on the bus from around 11:30 until 2:30. I regretted not having lunch at the restaurant instead. If it had been clearly stated that snacks were included, I wouldn't have misunderstood.

ガイドさんも一生懸命でしたし、とても綺麗な景色で、写真も綺麗に撮れました。

時間的には、朝5時前でしたし、
スケジュールでは、10時ごろにお弁当を配られると書いてあったので、自由時間にレストランで飲み物だけにしました。まさか、スナック菓子をお弁当と言う表現には思わなかったからです。集合時間で帰り道に出発になり、結局11時半ごろから2時半までバスの中、
これなら、レストランでランチすれば良かったと後悔でした。
おやつ付きと書かれていたら、勘違いしなくて済んだなあと思いました。

First, we paid the port fee. The guide mentioned that US dollars couldn't be used and that payment was to be made with a credit card or Mexican pesos, but in reality, credit cards weren't accepted, and we could pay with either Mexican pesos or US dollars.

It seems that just showing the voucher on our smartphone wasn't enough; we had to send it via email and have it printed on-site.

After about an hour on the ferry, we arrived at Isla Mujeres. We started with snorkeling, which seemed to be very popular, as there was a long line. The sea was beautiful and crystal clear, and we were able to see various types of fish. Life jackets were available for rent, so I think children can enjoy snorkeling safely.

We were able to use the VIP terrace, and the staff brought us drinks multiple times. It was very comfortable, with the beautiful sea right in front of us, and we had a wonderful time.

The zip line was thrilling and gave us a lot of adrenaline. I would love to try it again somewhere else.

VIP席のテラスを利用することができ、店員さんが飲み物を何度も持って来てくれました。とても快適で、目の前は綺麗な海で、最高のひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。
Zip lineは、迫力満点で、アドレナリンがたくさん出ました。またどこかでやってみたいです。

When you board the bus, there will be explanations of the park in English and Spanish, but even if you don't understand the language, it's not a problem if you check the facility information for Explore online in advance. You just need to confirm the meeting time well. The meeting place is the parking lot (there is only one). When the meeting time comes, staff will be near the parking lot, and when you tell them your name, they will inform you of the bus number.

The Explore experience itself was very enjoyable. It's best to head to the zip line first thing in the morning. I gave up on the second ride because there was a one-and-a-half-hour wait. I was picked up at 5:00 in the hotel lobby (though they actually arrived closer to 5:30, but well, this is Mexico...) and after a bathroom break along the way, we were on the bus for about three hours to Chichen Itza.

I had heard that Chichen Itza was crowded with tourists, but as promised in the tour's description, there weren't many tourists when we arrived, making it feel spacious and pleasant. The ruins are located in the forest, so the sound of little birds chirping was lovely, and since the weather was nice that day, the ruins looked beautiful against the blue sky.

Inside the ruins, our English-speaking guide provided explanations, and we all shouted together to experience the sound echoes, which was a fun aspect of the tour. After exploring the ruins with the guide, we had about one to one and a half hours of free time. However, by the time we visited the Sacred Cenote and the Nunnery, and browsed some souvenir shops along the way, our time was up, and I wished we had a bit more free time.

On a previous bus tour in another country, eating and drinking were prohibited on the bus, but this tour allowed it, so I was able to enjoy the sandwiches we received during the round trip. The ham and cheese sandwich was delicious. Since it was early in the morning, I mostly slept on the bus, but there were also times for the guide's explanations. The explanations were in English and Spanish, so I couldn't understand everything...

遺跡は森の中にあるので、小鳥の鳴き声が振るように聞こえてきて、さらに当日はお天気も良かったので、遺跡は青空をバックにとてもきれいに見えました。
遺跡内では、英語ガイドさんが説明をしてくれたり、音の反響を実際に体感するためにみんなで大きな声を出したり、ツアーならではの体験は面白かったです。
ガイドさんと一緒に遺跡内を回った後、１時間から１時間半程度の自由時間がありましたが、聖なる泉と尼僧院まで行って、あと途中のお土産もの屋さんを冷やかしたりしていたらタイムアップとなってしまったので、もう少し自由時間がほしかったなぁ、と思いました。

別の国のバスツアーに参加した際はバス内で飲食禁止でしたが、こちらのツアーは飲食禁止ではなかったので、ツアーでいただいたサンドイッチなど往復の移動時間で食べることができてよかったです。ハムとチーズのサンドイッチもおいしかったです。
朝早いこともあり、私はバス内ではほとんど寝ていましたが、ガイドさんの説明の時間などもありました。説明は英語とスペイン語なので、私にはすべてが理解できたわけではないですが。。。

I joined this tour because I wanted to see a beautiful sea. The sea in Isla Mujeres was even more sparkling and cobalt blue than the beach in front of the hotel, and it was amazing.

Activities like zip-lining and snorkeling were also fun. The zip-line, in particular, offered a beautiful view of the sea from above.

Lunch in the VIP lounge had a wide variety of delicious options. The waitstaff were very kind and attentive. If you get thirsty, you can enjoy drinks at the open bar. There are soft drinks available, so even those who don't drink alcohol can fully enjoy it.

いまいちロッカーの借り方が分かりづらかったですが、係りの方の配慮があり借りることができました。

On the day we participated, there were no long lines for any attractions, and we finished all the rides by around 3:00 PM (except for the higher zipline). We drove the buggy twice with a different driver, and since the course was different, it was also fun! Personally, I found the zipline and the reverse swim to be really enjoyable! All of these experiences are truly things you can't do in Japan, so I highly recommend them. My husband usually prefers to relax at the hotel, but even he said this optional tour was fun.

Exploring was very enjoyable. There were four types of attractions, and I thought I might get bored halfway through, but even with one attraction, there were two courses, and there were cameras in various places taking pictures, so I had fun all day long. You can purchase the photos taken in the park on your way back. I think it was about 7,000 yen for all the data. There were also photos taken from angles that we couldn't capture ourselves, so even though it felt a bit expensive, I decided to buy them since it was a special occasion.

The morning shuttle bus was about 20 minutes late. After that, we checked in at a different location and took a bus to the exploration site, so it took quite a while to get there. On the way back, we were able to be transported from the exploration site to the hotel, which was convenient.

If there’s a way to go on our own, I think it might be fine not to join a tour.

エクスプロール自体はとても楽しかったです。４種類のアトラクションがあり、途中で飽きてしまうかなと思いましたが、１つのアトラクションでも２コースあったり、色々なところにカメラがあり写真を撮ってくれるので１日中楽しめました。帰りに園内で撮った写真を購入できます。データ全てで7,000円位だったと思います。自分たちでは撮れない角度からの写真もあったので少し高いと思いつつ折角なので購入。
朝の迎えのバスが２０分程遅れていました。その後も違う場所で受付をしてそこからエクスプロール行きのバスに乗ったので、エクスプロールにつくまでに結構時間がかかりました。
帰りはエクスプロールからホテルまで送ってもらえたので楽でした。
もし、自分たちで行く方法があればツアーでなくても良いかなと思いました。

The Explore experience itself was really fun! There were so many things in nature, and the zip line felt like flying in the sky! Driving a jeep, climbing a 40-meter tower, and swimming in a cave were all experiences that you can't have in Japan!

Even though the guide on the bus was saying various things, it's okay if you don't understand everything, and since the return trip doesn't leave on time, I wonder if it's fine to be a little late...? Haha. The water is quite cold, so a large towel is essential. There are showers, but since it's cold water, you need to warm up your body in the sunlight before heading to the next activity; otherwise, you'll get cold in the cave.

But even if you get wet and cold, I wanted to do it all again! Explore is truly the best!

However, I received an email from Veltra saying that they had sent the tour voucher to the operating company in advance, but when the bus arrived, they told me that I couldn't get on without the voucher, and the bus left!

It's amazing! The exhilaration of flying and rushing through the jungle is unbeatable. And most of the movement is inside a cave! For those who love heights, I really recommend the zip line. There are two courses, and you glide through several connected lines. The route is one-way. Once you descend, you climb a tower to start the next line. Each course takes about an hour. If you're fit, you can continue to another course. Since you can't exit midway, if you want to do that line again, you'll have to repeat the entire course.

Since it was a weekday at the end of March, the zip line was hardly crowded, and the next line started immediately, leaving no time to rest! The jeep drives quite a long distance. It feels like you're in Indiana Jones. You go through sharp turns and caves, making you feel like an adventurer. It might be tough for those who haven't driven in a while. If you're slow, be sure to let the cars behind you pass.

Swimming in the cenote is quite tiring. For some reason, I didn't make much progress, and even 25 meters left me exhausted. I think it's good to try the short course first before tackling the long one. The same goes for paddling. Make sure to conserve your energy.

There were some overseas visitors in just swimsuits, but I recommend wearing a rash guard to avoid any chafing. If you don't need it, you can store it in a locker.

高いとことの好きな方にはジップライン本当におすすめです。２つのコースにわかれ、何本ものつながったラインを巡り滑空していきます。ルートは一方通行。標高が下がったら塔を上って次のラインが始まります。1コース1時間くらい。体力がある方は続けて別のコースも遊べます。途中出入りできないので、あのラインもう一度！となるとコース全体を繰り返すことになります。
3月末平日なのでジップラインもほとんど混んでいず、すぐ次のラインが始まり、休む間なしでした！
ジープは結構長い距離を運転します。インディージョーンズ気分です。急カーブや洞窟を通ったり、冒険家になれたようです。運転久しぶりの方には辛いかもしれません。遅い場合は後ろの車に道を譲りましょう。
セノーテを泳ぐのはかなーり疲れます。なぜかあまり進まず、２５Mでもクタクタでした。まず、ショートコースを試してからロングコースに挑まれるといいと思います。

体力をしっかり確保して臨んでください。
海外の方は水着だけの方もいましたが、擦ったりする恐れがあるので、ラッシュガードをお勧めします。必要なければロッカーにしまえます。
場所は限られていますが、ご飯や飲み物もフリーなので手ぶらで楽々遊べます。ジープや水路を泳いだりもあるので、お酒はありません。

I went with a female friend.
I thought it was an adventure park truly set in nature, with jungles and caves, something that can't be realized in Japan!
The zip line was especially great! It had both height and length, and the views were fantastic!! I was screaming the whole time. Also, the jeep ride was fun! I usually don't drive, but I managed to do it somehow! However, at 155 cm tall, it was a bit of a stretch to reach the accelerator, haha.
Lunch was incredibly delicious, so be careful not to overeat. Also, there were several places in the park where we could get drinks, which helped us since we were having too much fun.
There were several theme parks to choose from, but I have no regrets choosing Explore!
