- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- People 14 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be at least 4 ft (122 cm) to participate in this activity.
- Guests who either refuse the breathalyzer test or have an alcohol level of 0.06% or more, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
- Only one person an participate at a time.
- Guests must speak and understand English and an interpreter must accompany any guests that do not speak English.
