- 72-hour notification must be given if a motorcoach with a lift is required. Motorcoach with lift is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited at Hoover Dam.
- Luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers and alcohol are prohibited on all motorcoach tours.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
