- Collapsible wheelchairs are accepted when accompanied by another adult.
- All guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Guests are responsible for getting themselves in and out of our vehicles for their tour.
- Participants 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Additional notes
- Firearms, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, drones, glass containers, alcohol, coolers, professional video equipment, illegal substances, guns, weapons of any kind or cremated remains are prohibited on the tour.
- Due to the bouncy nature of the tours, full meals or glass bottles are prohibited in the vehicle.
- Tour guides are highly trained in how to maneuver the vehicles and have been thoroughly trained in 4X4 techniques. They are also Smith System Safety and Compliance trained for road safety, and are CPR and first aid certified.
- Service dogs are allowed. Dogs that are under 15 pounds are allowed as long as they are in a soft sided carrier that can be held in the owner's lap for the duration of the tour.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.

- A booster seat will be provided for ages 5-7. Please specify child age at time of booking.
