We had a wonderful time once we got to Everglades, but until then it was almost disrespectul - when I booked the program it said that after being picked up at the hotel we would arrive at Everglades in approximately 45 min - the bus kept driving through hotels for 2:10 min; in most hotels there weren't even guests to be picked up, extremely disrepectful and tiring, we almost gave up the program; but once at Everglades, we did enjoy; If I had known it beforehand, we would have driven to the place by ourselves
