Great alternative to the pricier Empire State and better viewing. They need to work on customer service though. Having prepur- chased tickets is supposed to shorten your wait time however there were 4 lines for those purchasing tickets and only one for vochures. There was some problem with the first guest in line and we stood in queue until all the non ticket holders were helped then they began helping our line. Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!
