Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 08:30 local time, 6 business days to 08:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 08:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Booking requirements (# of participants, vehicles, hours, etc.)
- You can book a maximum of 45.
Restrictions
- If less than 8 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Do not drink alcohol within 8 hours of scuba diving.
- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests may not fly within 12 hours of a one-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests may not scuba dive if you have any medical issue indicated on the "PADI Medical Statement and Questionnaire". Those with medical issues must consult with a physician and complete the "RSTC Medical Statement and Guidelines for Recreational Scuba Diver's Physical Examination" on their behalf.
- Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Please note the following medical conditions that will prevent you from joining the diving activity:
- Asthma
- Recent heart surgery
- Serious lung or chest disease (particularly where surgery was involved)
- Epilepsy, fitting, convulsions and seizures or taking medications to prevent them
- Diabetes requiring insulin
- Pneumothorax even after a surgical procedure
- Any neurological abnormality where there is a significant probability of unconsciousness
- Pregnancy - Please see the sample questionnaire that you may be asked to complete before diving. If you answered 'yes' to any of the conditions mentioned, you will need to submit a doctor's approved medical certificate as diving clearance. Sample Questionnaire.pdf
