    • It is recommended that guests wear a hat as it is slightly hot under the balloon burner.

    • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
    • No kind of baggage is permitted during the activity except for handbags, cameras and mobile phones.
    • Exact pick-up time will be scheduled upon booking confirmation and will depend on the time of sunrise.
    • The Civil Aviation and Safety Authority (CASA) requires that passengers are able to embark and disembark a balloon basket unassisted for safety reasons. No wheelchair facilities are available. Disabled persons participating in the balloon flight do so at their own risk and the company accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused.
    • As the flight is for approximately 1 hour, passengers must be able to stand unaided for the duration of the flight. (i.e.: no additional aids such as seats, walkers, sticks or crutches are permitted in the basket). If in doubt, an able bodied person (friend or relative) must accompany participants who require extra assistance.

  • All alterations to flight date will incur a rebooking fee of:
