Poor Updated Information and Tour Drop Off

This tour was some what boring and also the bus driver drop us of at the Wrong pick up for the Train Tram Dinnervwhich we miss and had to make Several call to have it corrected- itscwas for 3 people and I who purchased the ticket was not able to go when the fix the error and was not refund that portion of the ticket- so it was Not a good tour and having to deal with several representatives to resolve the issue of the wrong drop of place and setting it up for the next day did not real solve all the issue, since I was not able to attend and was not refund that portion of the tour. Over all I was very disappointed and I will think about twice before I purchase another tour with Veltra since several other companies were involved and cooperation was slow and explanations were repeated several times before a solution was given.

The tour guide was excellent and knowledgable and the tramcar was just fantastic. Loved it. It's a must do in Melbourne

Good description of what available on tours. Booking procedure easy to follow. Have used City Discovery in the past and have been very satisfied with tours taken. Would certainly recommend it to others.

The highlight was the dining on the tram, the staff were great (Tim, Bernard (the chef) and I think Marilyn), the food really good and the experience wonderful.

A fantastic way to see a city and it's surroundings. Tour guides were fabulous, entertaining and very informative. Meals (lunch) and the tramcar dinner in the evening were incredible. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable day. Would definately use this tour company again when visiting another destination!

The trip was made so good because we had a fantastic coach captain (Gary), he was very informative, interesting and made the trip really enjoyable. The river cruise was also very good and covered a lot of Melbourne's early port history. The Tram restuarant's food and wine was of a high standard. Overall the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others or to book another trip with your company.
