Reviewed by: chieko nagao, 2017/03/01It was a great experience! Somebody dumped the tickets for the wild life park in Ballarat. So we could enter and enjoy the park. The soverign hill itself was beautiful. The coach driver David did the great job,too! See you again,Gray Line!

Very prompt service. Clear booking process and confirmation came through plus an update in good time. Day trip with Grayline in Aussie was great. Fab driver who had extensive knowledge of area and gave us excellent guidance on all matters in relation to the timings of the day and details about special features of the places we visited including free entry to an extra museum not on the itinerary.
