- Please arrive before indicated departure time. A manifest will be done before boarding which starts 15 minutes prior to sailing time.
- Cruises will sail in wet weather. Tickets will not be refunded due to rain. Please bring wet weather gear if it looks like to rain.
- If weather conditions, mechanical problems or other factors cause the Master to cancel the sail, the activity provider shall be free from liability for failing to provide a service. Guests booked on regular scheduled sails will be issued with a gift certificate to be used within one year. No refunds will be made.
- Smoking is not permitted aboard the ship.
- Bar staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and service will be refused to any intoxicated passenger.
