- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 00:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 5% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 2 business days to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Other requirements
- If you have more than 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on luggage, please book a car for more than 3 people.
- Children less than 1.35m tall must travel in an adapted car seat as per Belgian law. Child seats are provided free of charge. Please indicate the age of the children needing car seats during booking.
- If you are arriving on a late night or early morning flight on the next day, please book your date of arrival.
- The driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight arrival. If you are expected to be delayed due to traffic issues, please contact the emergency number listed on your voucher.
- Please proceed to Java Coffee to meet your driver who will be carrying a sign with your name on it. The cafe is located in the Arrivals Hall at the right side after passing Customs.
