Any cancellations made between 09:00 local time, 14 days to 09:00 local time, 6 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 60% of the total.
Any cancellations between 09:00 local time, 6 business days to 09:00 local time, 3 days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total.
Any cancellations after 09:00 local time, 3 days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
