Yukata Dressing Lesson for Men and Women in Osaka (with Yukata to Take Home)

It was my husband and I’s first time in Japan. It was a memorable experience and we learned a lot about the Yukata and it’s role in the japanese culture. The designs were beautiful as well. Fits us right (we are quite ta...ll).

We had a little difficulty finding the location (our fault) But she was so kind and waited outside for us. Her English is amazing and she was very thoughtful and friendly! The selection of yukata are very beautiful and s...he teaches you how to put on and wear them. I'm so glad we decided to book this activity, it was alot of fun to talk to the owner and the studio is very beautiful! I cannot say enough good things!!! We made a great memory for our first trip to Japan! ^^

Even though we got a plan to her home, we couldn't find her place on time. When she noticed we weren't there yet, she contacted us by phone (because she was worried). She was a very friendly host and very concerned about... our wellbeing. We took a taxi to her place and then we could start the workshop.
First we had to chose our yukata. We could chose between 4 different ones with matching belts and getas. Afterwards, she explained how we had to put on the yukata and how we could sit in the train and on the floor (with our yukata on). Although it seems easy, it is harder than it looks. But she explained it thorougly.
At the end of the workshop, she walked with us to the direction of Umeda sky building. I would recommend this workshop.
