Restrictions
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date will be cancelled.
Additional notes
- Depending on the number of participants, a sedan, large taxi, or bus may be used for transportation during the tour.
- Participants may not be able to enter the Phoenix Hall due to congestion at the location. In this case, a refund of JPY 300 will be given to each participant on the day.
- Please note that during the tea-making experience, the tea powder may spill on your clothes.
- Requests for vegetarian meals will be accepted only when made at the time of reservation. Requests on the day will not be accepted.
- Nakanoshima Park may not be visited due to a water level increase in the Uji River, or other reasons.
