A. Yes, there are elevators that can go from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor (summit) and vice-versa.
If your tour includes the access to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, your Eiffel Tower ticket allows you to take the lift from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and back.
If your tour includes the access to the 2nd floor and the summit of the Eiffel Tower, your Eiffel Tower ticket allows you to take the lift from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and back, and from the 2nd floor to the summit and back.
There's a lift that goes exclusively to the 1st floor restaurant for people with a restaurant reservation.

A. There are ticket offices at the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower to buy tickets for the Summit. However, opening times of the ticket offices vary and we cannot guarantee that they'll be open when you'll be there so we strongly recommend you book tickets in advance.

This voucher is pre-reserved so you must meet the check-in staff member to get your tickets and be guided to the special fast-track queues. Please refer to the above "Meeting Point" for specific instructions.
Additional notes
- This activity operates regardless of weather.
- You might experience waiting times during security and bag checks or potentially for the first elevators from the ground to 1st floor. You're guaranteed to skip the long lines (up to 3 hours waiting time in peak season) but the security checks and the elevator are unavoidable.
- Entrance to the Eiffel Tower is free for children 3 years of age or younger, but proof of age may be required by the Eiffel Tower if the child’s age is in question.
- All members of your party must be present at check-in.
- This tour does not include access to the summit. Due to a recent change
at the Eiffel Tower, tickets to the summit are no longer available at the
conclusion of the tour. If you'd like to visit the summit, please arrange your trip to the summit on a separate visit. - Gratuity is not included in the price.
