We were so disappointed with our gondola ride. Our spent most of the time shouting to passing gondaliers.

There was nobody at the identified location to meet us even though we had a verified date and time. We had to find a Gondola group that would work with our reservation. The Gondola ride after that was excellent.

- The tour is shared by guests not belonging to the same party. Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 6 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guests’ weight.
- During high water, the tour will still take place, but might have to partly adapt the tour to the weather conditions.
- Please note that children who occupy a seat will be charged with the adult rate.
