- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Tickets are valid for 3 months from date of purchase, and are flexible and can be used any time during opening hours.
- Due to security measures, suitcases, or other large items are not acceptable into either the museum or stadium. There is nowhere to store these items within the club premises.
Other requirements
- Students must bring a valid school ID.
- Please present your VELTRA e-voucher at the stadium ticket desk located within the Armoury Store in exchange for your ticket.

- No parking is available at Emirates Stadium.
- No tours on matchday or from 13:00 the day before European fixtures.
