- The tour is unescorted.
- During peak season, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used.
- Taking pictures and videos and use of mobile phones are allowed only in the Palace Garden. They should be switched off elsewhere in the tour of Buckingham Palace.
- Pushchairs and prams are not allowed in the State Rooms for safety purposes and should be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby-carriers are available for loan.
- From 31st March 2019, you will be given a discount voucher for the 25% discount on guide books at Stonehenge on the day of departure.
- A one-way system operates along the entire visitor route for safety reasons.
- You must make your own way to the check-in location for the second part of the tour.
