Q. How many group customers do I share the transfer?
A. A maximum of 4 groups per vehicle including yourself, that means you may only wait up to a maximum of 45 minutes for your transfer to depart to allow for all passengers to exit customs.
Q. How many baggages can you take?
A. Amount of luggage you can take is 1 Suitcase and 1 Carry on baggage per person. If you have more than this allowance, you can add extra with small additonal fee. Unfortunatelly, large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted as this is a shared transfer.

A. Typical journey time between the airport and central London is:
Heathlow: 60-90 Minutes
Gatwick: 60-120 Minutes
City: 60-90 Minutes
Stansted: 60-120 Minutes

A. In case of arrival transfers, pick-up time may be set automatically to 00:00, however the driver will wait in the arrival lobby at the arrival time of your plane.
In case of departure transfers, pick-up time is set temporarily and will be confirmed by email 24 hours before the service. Please not that there is a 30 min pick-up window, so if your pick-up time is set to 9:00, the shuttle will arrive between 9:00 and 9:30.
