VELTRA tours & activities, fun things to do

Frustrating, due to lack of information. Our time was limited..only 3 days..many activities were not on map and no directions given. Also guide book was out of date and supplier not longer in existence . Overall disappointing.

Validation at Union station, only, was inconvenient if arrival in Washington was not via train. Information regarding Vernon Estate was confusing and access therefore was limited.
As the guide book provided was obsolete, information re available attractions was limited therefore we were unable to make full use of the pass.
We only used one , of the activities ie the Big Bus Pass, we may have wanted to have a second Big Bus pass day but we were informed that we could not do that. It would have been good to have the night tour on the Big Bus as an available attraction, as other city passes have included.
Wouldn’t use your company again.
