- Any cancellations made after 07:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Due to Aviation weight restrictions, the participant's weight must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to refuse travel and charge a 100% cancellation fee.
- Children under 2 years are free, provided they do not occupy a seat. A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Menu is subject to change without prior notice.
- In cases where Sandy Cays are not visible due to the tide, or if the cay is already occupied, the tour will be held at Turtle Beach. Snorkeling is not available in that area.
Please note that because the above can not be known in advance, your destination will be changed once you arrive on the site and are unable to land. Refunds can not be made beforehand. - Fuel surcharges may be additionally paid locally due to fluctuations in fuel prices.
