- Any cancellations made between 07:00 local time, 5 business days to 07:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 07:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- Any booking modification must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled departure date. A fee of 50 AUD per person per change may apply (in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators). For notifications made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation policy will apply.
