Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 7 business days to 16:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 3 business days to 16:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- If no whale sharks are sighted during the tour, you may reschedule for the next available day. If you cannot attend the tour again, a voucher from the tour operator valid for up to 2 years will given.
- Please note the tour operator reserves the right to transfer guests between Whale Shark tour vessels. This will be rare, however if conducting the tour on one vessel will be more safe and enjoyable than the other, the operator will ensure the guests' experience is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
- If minimum numbers are not met on one tour, you will be offered a free upgrade to the tour of higher value.
- If you are transferred onto a power vessel due to slightly inclement weather a refund will be provided for any difference in price.
- Those booking the senior price must have proof of ID.
