Arashiyama features historical spots including Togetsukyo Bridge, the Bamboo Grove, and the World Heritage Site Tenryu-ji Temple. You can enjoy beautiful seasonal scenery along with various dining options and souvenir shops.
The Sagano Scenic Railway (Ride time: 23 min.)
The Sagano Scenic Railway offers views of the Hozugawa River and mountains from high above, along with numerous bridges, tunnels, and entertaining conductor commentary.
Kiyomizudera Temple (1 hour and 15min.)
The main hall of Kiyomizu Temple, built on a cliff, is the source of the proverb "to jump off the stage at Kiyomizu," meaning a daring decision. Supported by 139 nail-less pillars, it offers a stunning view of Kyoto, changing with the seasons.

A. Yes. However, the amount of space available is limited.
- 1 suitcase (up to 90 Liter size) per person can be brought into the bus.
- Baby strollers are permitted on the bus but must be folded in advance. Please note that the operating company will not be responsible if any damages occur to the baby stroller.
Additional baggage may be brought on, however, it would be subject to availability. Please inquire in advance if you plan on bringing more than a suitcase.
