Snorkeling and kayaking tour was not satisfying

The guide showed us some points where beautiful fishes are and was very friendly to us.
But service was unprofessional. The guides didn't introduce themself and there was no brief explanation how the schedule is. After 20 minutes tour in the water, he said "it is freetime."
There was no explanation how to find a toilette. No staff has felt responsible to care about customers after short standard program. They did not take photos of the tour. Our impression was rather to rent snorchel and kayak equipment than to be part of a so called "tour".
