- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Children of 3 years old or above can participate in the tour as observers for JPY 3,000 per child. Children 8 years old or above can participate in the lesson. People under 18 years old need a letter of consent signed by a parent or guardian. You can fill out the letter at the shop, or before coming.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please bring your bathing suit, towels, sandals, sunscreen, photocopy of your insurance certificate, and prepare expenses for meals, hot spring bathing, souvenirs etc.
Other requirements
- We will ask you to fill in the letter of consent on the day.
Additional notes
- Please refrain from bringing valuables, for we cannot compensate for damage, loss, or theft of your belongings.
- Please understand that there may be cases where we have to stop the tour due to a sudden change of weather or wave conditions for safety reasons.
- The tour may be cancelled if the number of participants is less than 4.
