- The best time for viewing the flowers will depend on the weather condition.
- The ripeness of the fruit will depend on the weather condition. In case the fruit is still unripe, pre-harvested fruits will be provided instead.
- Mt.Fuji may not be seen during inclement weather. Please note that the tour will not be cancelled. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Please wait for the bus at your designated meeting location as the bus may be caught on traffic while picking up other participants at several points.
- To provide a smooth tour operation, the tour operator will be responsible for the assigning of seats on the bus and in facilities where seats are designated.
- The tour operator will not be responsible for any delays, shortening or changes of itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
- In case the tour is cancelled, participants will be informed a day before the tour day on 15:00 JST by e-mail.
- Vegetarian meals can be requested for this tour at least 7 days before your selected tour date. As vegetarian meals requested later than the stated day cannot be arranged.
- A tour operator or staff who speaks English or Chinese will be on board to provide basic information but will not be guiding. There will be pamphlets available in several languages with tour information.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
