- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 4 business days to 20:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 3 business days to 20:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 2 business days to 20:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 20:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Children ages 9 and up may join this activity. Children aged 12 and under must ride in a 2 seater canoe with a parent or guardian.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Hat, change of clothing, beverages, rain gear.
Additional notes
- This tour may not take place due to weather and other conditions. We will make a decision by 15:00 the day before your tour. Should the tour be cancelled, we will contact the representative.
- We recommend you purchase accident insurance but it is not compulsory. It costs 500 JPY per one person. Pay at the site.
- This tour will be held only in Japanese.
