- Any cancellations made after 14:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Maximum weight per passenger/per seat is 250 lbs. (approx. 113 kg). If weight is over the weight limit, the tour is subject to delayed departure or cancellation without refund.
- Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Weather-appropriate clothing.
- A valid photo ID is required for passengers eighteen (18) years old and above.
- Bags, purses, scarves & hats are not allowed on the aircraft. Complementary lockers for storage are available onsite.

Other requirements
- Participants fifteen (15) years and below must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please present your e-voucher upon check-in.
- Please call the activity provider the day before to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
Additional notes
- The pilot-in-command has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
- Departure times are approximate and are subject to change without advanced notice.
- You may allow more time at check-in to explore Customer Experience Center before your flight.
- You must arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior your departure time. Late participants will either be rescheduled or will get left behind, while being charged in full amount.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- You will share the transportation with other customers.
- The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.
