- Any cancellations made after 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Children under 2 years old are free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations.
- Due to Aviation weight restrictions, the participant's weight must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to refuse travel and charge a 100% cancellation fee.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Pick-up services are not available for those who are staying at hotels within walking distance of Reef Fleet Terminal.
- Coin lockers are available on Green Islands where you can store your valuables.
- Fuel surcharges may be additionally paid locally due to fluctuations in fuel prices.
