- Children 2 years old and below sitting on an adult's lap are free of charge. Children occupying a seat will be charged the regular rate.

- Please present the e-ticket issued by the actovity provider when you ride the bus. E-ticket can be shown from your mobile phone.
Additional notes
- Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed inside the bus. Surfboards, pets and knives are also prohibited on board.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry 1 standard sized piece of luggage. You may not be allowed on the bus if you are carrying luggage exceeding the maximum size. - All passengers are insured during their travel services in accordance with the conditions of the MSIG travel accident insurance. Limit of liability per person is as follows:
Death / Disablement by accident: USD 100,000.00- / Person
Medical expenses by accident: USD 10,000.00- / Person - The bus schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or severe traffic conditions caused by road closures without prior notice.
- Please note that if you forget to bring the e-ticket with QR code, you will need to repurchase the bus ticket. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
