  • Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

    ■Private booking for 10 or more people
    *No cancellation fee for reductions up to 10% of the number of people until 5:00 PM the day before.

    ・100% of the total reservation amount if canceled after 5:00 PM, 10 days before the participation date.
