- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 8 business days to 19:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 19:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please bring a light meal and beverages (500ml to 2 liters)
- Please wear clothes that can get wet and avoid cotton clothing. We recommend wearing a swimsuit under your clothes.
- In spring and autumn we recommend the following:
Inner wear: synthetic long sleeved shirts and leggings
Outer wear: Water resistant gear (sweatshirts, windbreakers or rain wear are also acceptable)
Shoes: Marine boots (long boots, sneakers, other boots acceptable)
Socks: Thick wool socks - In summer we recommend the following:
Outer wear: long sleeved shirt with good ventilation and short pants
Shoes: Paddling shoes (sandals with socks are OK)
Hat: one with a wide brim - In winter we recommend:
Inner wear: synthetic or wool long sleeved shirts and leggings
Outer wear: Water resistant gear or wetsuit/drysuit (sweatshirts, windbreakers or rain wear are also acceptable)
Shoes: Marine boots (long boots, sneakers, other boots acceptable)

Additional notes
- Child fare is for children riding in the same canoe as an adult. This is mainly for children under 5 years old, but may not apply to children who are taller than average.
- The tour will proceed even in cases of rain, but this tour may be cancelled if our staff decide the conditions are dangerous.
- This tour operates in Japanese.
