Reviewed by: E T L , 2017/11/12The miami city tour was not in a double decker bus. The pick up was not in the hotel but kerbside opposite the hotel. Pick up was 15 minutes late. Bus tour ended at about 12 pm and the i was offered to wait to 2.15pm for the everglades tour or pay another $20.00 to join a short Island cruise. I felt i was being ripped off. The everglades tour was good but did not return until 7.00pm. 3 hours behind schedule making me late for my dinner appointment. I think Veltra should give me a partial refund.

Tour very pleasant and complete.
Very dedicated and available tour guides.
The only less favorable reference to the fact of not having any time for lunch. After visiting the Everglades National Park we passed immediately to the city tour with no time to eat something.
