Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 3 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 2 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 75% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Participants must be over 140 cm tall and mentally and physically healthy to participate.
- Children under the age of 12 can join this tour only in July, August, and September, due to water temperature.
- Pregnant individuals may not participate in this activity.
- Guests on their period may participate if they have appropriate sanitary items and do not have any restrictions to daily activities.
- Please tell the staff about your condition on the day of the tour, truthfully.
Even mild colds, hay fever, or cavities could affect you while snorkeling. - Underage participants (under 20 years old) must obtain their parents' signature to participate.
- Please note there may be cases where you need to submit a medical certificate by a doctor, or you cannot participate in the tour, if you experienced some disease in the past.
- Take medicine against motion-sickness if you easily get sick in a car or ferry.
- Let us know your size of wet suit, dry suit, boots, through application form. Tell us the # of women and men and everybody's ages.
(Rental fee is included in the activity fee) - If you need, wear contact lenses.
* Disposable one would be suitable.
With regular mask (goggle), will see as 1.5times bigger than normal.
There are some with prescription lens as well but not so many. - If you need to borrow a mask with prescription lens, let us know through application form. But there's no guarantee that they will suit you well.
Required items to bring & attire
- Wear dry suits, so that you won't get wet.
After you take off, can go for a sightseeing.

Inside dry suits, long sleeve, full equipments, T-shirt, long socks, short pants (thick clothes)

Bring warm sweat jersey wear, long socks.

- We will give you a CD-R of your picture data.
* For water activity, camera might be out of order, please understand.
It's OK to bring your camera, if it is waterproof.
* During peak season, data may be sent by Giga File instead. - Tour might be canceled depending on sea condition.
- In case of changing schedule or cancellation, will let you know by phone.
- If you need transportation service, consult us. During the peak season, there would be a case that we can not offer the service.
- Additional thermal wear is available free of charge. Please request along with your size when booking.
