- Guests with back or knee problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.

- Guests should not have serious fear of heights (acrophobia).

Additional notes
- Flights can only be operated with safe winds, clear sky and no rain. Flights require visibility of at least 4 kilometers. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, guests will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
- In case of the flight cancellation due to weather conditions, guests may choose to still do the spa treatment and get a partial refund.
