Poor Tour experience. Poor tour guide who wanted to show things that were not related to the area.

We were disappointed in the tour due to the tour guide taking us on a walk that was not even to the site. She took us to the church and chapel, but it was not open, and we spent time walking around 2 city blocks and not seeing anything. We never got to see the museum due to the time involved, it was not open until 5pm, and we were shorted that experience.

We wanted to see the footprints of the 2 previous towers, which we never saw, wanted to see the memorial pools, but did not see that either until we left the tour and saw it on our own.

The whole reason, we wanted to take this tour was to see the memorial pools, footprints of the building, and the museum, but it was not to be.

It would have been better if we had gone to the site ourselves, and saved on the cost of this tour. Very disappointed and request some type of refund on the tour, based on the experience or lack thereof.

SAD, and inspiring

You got to take this tour! The guide was unbelievable and the museum was so heart wrenching. I remember the day of 9/11 so clearly, it was so amazing to understand the affect on New Yorkers. Blew my mind!
