- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 10 business days to 00:00 local time, 7 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.

- Children 9 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please note that you are required to have all the items included in the rental kit for an overnight stay in the mountains. Guests who do not have the equipment will not be allowed to participate in this tour.
- The rental kit weighs approximately 3 kg and can be added on your booking for an additional fee.
Additional notes
- Precaution 1:
- Toilets are available at 4 points, excluding the portable toilets.
- Total of the course is 22 km (round trip). 12 km of the trail is a flat path.
- From the end of January to early March, we may not be able to get the trail head due to the snow.
- Path between Ookabu Walkway and Jomon Cedar Tree is difficult to walk. Please be careful even when it's not raining.
- Regular cars are not allowed to enter the trail head from March 1 to November 30. - Precaution 2:
- You need to use a shuttle bus to the trail head from the Yakusugi Museum. Shuttle bus fee is JPY 1400 (round trip) with JPY 2000 environmental fee that must be paid onsite.
- The bus and lunch fare is not included in the tour fee.
- Rental set to stay over night is available. (Rain wear and trekking shoes are not available.)
- Tour fee includes dinner on the first day, and both breakfast and lunch of the second day. Please bring breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the first day. - Precaution about accommodation:
- Accommodation is either a hut or a tent.
- No electricity, gas, water supply at Takatsuka hut.
- No toilet paper in the toilet of Takatsuka hut. Please prepare your own.
- Many climbers go to sleep once night falls, so we ask you to not disturb other climbers and hikers at night.
- Please bring back your own garbage to protect the natural environment. - In case participants would like to stop the tour after arriving at the mountain entrance and walking, there is no refund for the tour price (including the case of bad weather). However, after consulting with the guide, if you can transfer to another course if possible. In that case, the customer will be refunded the difference in price at a later date if applicable.
